This is our 3rd time staying at Beach Baby. You won’t find a better view! You literally walk out of the back door and onto the sand! The house was perfect for our group of 9. It’s close enough to Seaside to ride bikes, but is far enough away to avoid all of the traffic. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Great location with only steps to the beach!

Beautiful beaches just steps away! Loved the outdoor seating area and the deck made it nice at nighttime. The rental company was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Paradise Found

We had 7 adults and one child on our trip and the house was perfect for us. The house is clean, steps from the beach, you couldn't ask for more. The whole family loved this place and are rebooking for next year! Thank you Beach Baby for a wonderful vacation!

Loved staying at Beach Baby!!

Beach Baby was the perfect place for our family vacation! Right on the beach just steps to the water and no stairs to go up and down! Would recommend this spot for a family wanting to get away from it all! A lot less commercialized than some of the other beaches but not too far away from just about anything you would want to do! We would definitely go back!

Location was perfect.. beach steps from our back door which was a must with 2 toddlers! We loved the screened porch since we had several days of cool, rainy weather. This is our new favorite Seagrove spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms and space allowed everyone to have their own rooms and plenty of lounge space in the living area. The larger dining table was also used frequently. But the best was the covered porch. It rained a lot off and on and the screened in porch was the perfect place to retreat to day, night, rain or shine. The outdoor porch area was perfect for rinsing off and storing our beach items, and the walk to the beach was not only pretty but short and sweet. We have stayed in Florida many times and this was by far my favorite place to stay because of the house itself, the proximity to surrounding areas and convenience of being right on the beach. I would love to stay again sometime!

Perfect beach home!

We had the best time at Beach Baby for spring break! I couldn’t imagine a better location or home for this trip. Our 5 year old and 1 year old loved playing in the morning on the back screened in porch and we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach. Pictures don’t do the house justice! It’s nicely updated and very clean! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect family vacation!

Beach baby was the perfect property for our family vacation. Being directly on the beach with two toddlers took the “work” out of vacation and allowed us to truly enjoy the week. The property listing/pictures are very accurate - not one of those listings where they take the perfect picture at the perfect angle and you show up and think.....is this the right house? We would definitely recommend this property to anyone, but especially families with young kiddos! And we would not think twice about staying here again if we vacation at Santa Rosa again.

Beautiful and convenient to the beach!~

Great for a family of 7. We enjoyed the small house, no steps to deal with, close to the water and in a quiet neighborhood. I'd recommend new mattresses this year!!!! They were pretty heavily covered with mattress pads! We are going to try to come back this year!!!!

Beach Baby Paradise

We stayed a week at Beach Baby and have no regrets! Location is like a paradise dream, and the home is so inviting and gorgeous. The home is updated as far as decor goes, and the sunroom was spectacular. This place includes an outdoor grill, plus a fire pit unit in the sunroom for making s’mores every night. We had such a great time on our annual 30A girls trip, and Beach Baby contributed to this being such a wonderful trip. We will definitely be returning!!!

Perfect beach house

This property is in int he PERFECT spot. We had 7 adults and two infants and still had an extra bunk bed. The house is smaller than most in the area but the location and outdoor living space totally made up for it! The property management was attentive with an issue we had and sent someone quickly. We would 100% stay again. Only suggestion would be to eventually replace the carpet due to the high humidity but again, it’s a rental on the beach !!!!

Location, location, location!

One of the few older 1-story beach homes in the area. Perfect for 3 sets of grandparents (sans grandchildren) to enjoy a week of relaxation and rejuvenation. The screened porch with lots of comfy furniture was a constant delight. Beyond that a patio area for sunning without going to the beach. Beyond that an easy stepless walk through sand to the beach. The home is not modern (except for 1 bedroom and ensuite bathroom) and a little worn due to age, but if you would appreciate he things I described above, don’t hesitate to reserve Beach Baby.

Timing is everything!

When we arrived, we were all (4 of us) excited with both the location of this cottage (directly on the beach) and its style (cottage style). We had 2 wonderfully exciting beachy days, then the Red Tide arrived. We enjoyed our next 3 mornings, but the afternoon on-shore breezes brought the Red Tide in. Lots of coughing. Just know that this cottage and the staff running the rental were exceptionally accommodating. Great place!

A BEACH BABY

The house itself was fine....but the house was dirty...not clean . The garbage can area needs some attention too. My suggestion would be to perform a deep deep cleaning of the house...under the beds, in the corners, in the air conditioning room where brooms were kept.

Superb location

We have stayed on Eastern lake road year after year. This was our first time in this house. We enjoyed the easy beach access with no stairs down to beach or to enter from the front of the house. That being said, guessing the home sits lower that the surrounding homes and perhaps has flooded in the past or just holds more moisture. That was the main issue, the house smells quite musty. The air conditioner also needs a major upgrade! Ceiling fans would also be helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything is as described- except the views- words cannot describe what it is like to wake up to the beautiful beach views that this place has to offer. The private beach access is just the icing on the cake. Honestly I did not want to leave. Communication with the management was absolutely seamless and prompt as well. I cannot speak highly enough of this management company and I would never take my business elsewhere. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

There are lots of new updates (brand new kitchen and outside furniture etc). New inside furniture is on the way! However, the back bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned, especially around the toilet. The shower glass door track didn’t open easily due to the age of the shower. Regardless of the back bath, we loved our stay and we would return! Management was amazing and fixed things in a timely manner.

Great view but needs some upgrades

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is right on the water so the views are amazing and you couldve any closer to the beach. The house had a bad odor which smells like mold , very distinct and strong, there were air purifiers running in every room when we arrived so i suspect that is why. Freezer did not produce enough ice for drinks for 3 people so had to buy bagged ice. Lastly construction on the street going on and trucks in the road daily.So if you want a view its a good place, but the smell is terrible and gouse could use a few upgrades
