There are even nice paths around the bass fishing pond if you feel up for a stroll on the property's grounds. Jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, and other boat rentals surround this Indian Harbour Beach area. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of other sites within walking distance help make this townhome the ideal home-away-from-home on the coast! The USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive from this townhome so you can attend that must-see game with ease. The local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also a must visit!

The Neighborhood:
The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!

Getting Around:
Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!

Other Things to Note:
To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

PLEASE NOTE:
-Mailbox access is not available for guests
- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

*The shower in the hallway bathroom's piping was done backwards. So hot is cold, and cold is hot.*
