Welcome to Aqua La Vista, a bright and airy oceanside home in Southern Shores with stunning ocean views, just 215' to the nearest beach access!
This gorgeous home features everything you and your family need for an unforgettable Outer Banks vacation, including an elevator for your convenience, a 18x36 private pool and hot tub with a poolside bar, an outdoor shower, a grill, ceiling fans, a fish cleaning table and much more, all offered with your family's comfort in mind.
The top level boasts vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows showcasing stunning ocean views. Step out onto the deck to take in the warm ocean breezes and breathtaking sunrises each morning! The dining area offers seating for 8, and the kitchen boasts additional countertop seating and stainless steel appliances. A king bedroom and a connecting semi-private full bath with a stall shower round out the top level of this well-appointed home.
The mid level features the remaining three bedrooms, including a queen bedroom with deck access, a bedroom with a full and a twin bed, and an adjoining bunk room connected by a shared half bath. Another full hall bath with a tub/shower combo can be found on this level as well.
Convenient beach access via a crosswalk is located approximately 215 ft from your front door. If you prefer to drive, 2 Southern Shores Civic Association beach parking passes are available with a $15 + tax deposit per pass in 2025.
Enjoy complimentary bed and bath linens and save room in your vehicle to carry back your beach vacation treasures! Pets are welcome, 2 max.
