The Space:

Welcome to Atlantic Belle, your ultimate Outer Banks retreat located in the beautiful Southern Shores. This spacious, luxury home is perfect for large groups, offering a seamless blend of comfort and entertainment. On the top level, enjoy a great room ideal for gathering, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining room with ample seating for 20. Step out onto the deck or relax in the screened porch. Two king master suites, each with ensuite baths, provide privacy and convenience.



The mid-level features seven more master suites, including three king and two queen rooms, each with private baths and deck access, along with two bunk rooms perfect for kids. You'll never run out of entertainment in the ground-level rec room, where a pool table, ping pong, and a cozy den await. A mini kitchen adds extra convenience for snacks and drinks during game nights.



Outside, dive into the private saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy a friendly match on your own sand volleyball or basketball courts. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
