Welcome to your luxurious Wichita oasis in historic College Hill, just steps from Clifton Square’s vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and salons. Perfectly located, you couldn’t stay closer to Wichita’s top highlights! This newly updated home offers comfort, luxury, and seasonal décor that makes every visit feel special.
Please note: The home was recently refreshed after water damage from a guest. Everything has been fully restored with several stylish upgrades. The original hardwood floors remain beautiful and will be professionally refinished this winter — they currently show a bit of age but still look warm and charming.
Relax in your private heated saltwater pool and spa (available winter/spring for an additional nightly rate please note outside of summer the pool is kept at a consistent temp, but for higher temps additional cost) or unwind in spacious living areas designed for comfort and connection.
Now featuring:
- All king bedrooms, each with a cozy sitting area
- Peloton bike + free weights in the sunroom (will not be until spring 2026)
- Full-size crib with mattress (by request) and rocking recliner for little ones
- Roku Smart TVs in Bedrooms 1 and 3
- Refreshed décor and new furnishings throughout

We chose College Hill because it truly has that “peaceful escape in the city” feel. It’s one of Wichita’s most loved historic neighborhoods—safe, walkable, and full of charm. We loved the tree-lined streets, unique architecture, and the sense of community here.
You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and local boutiques, and you’re only a few minutes from downtown. College Hill Park is right nearby too—it has open green space, a pool, and a great playground. It’s the kind of neighborhood where people wave to each other, kids ride bikes, and you feel right at home.
We created a space here that we’d want to escape to ourselves—comfortable, relaxing, and surrounded by everything you need.
