Very hospitable hosts and lovely house. The house is very close to downtown, the kitchen is appointed with every thing you need. Hot tub next to the river is very relaxing. We were even welcomed with a delicious banana bread and a bottle of wine - what else do you need ? Thanks for such a wonderful stay in Guerneville & the Christmas light show. We would definitely come back

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home during our annual first grade planning weekend. Bryan and Richard, the owners who live next door, were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful—greeting us with homemade banana bread and a bottle of wine, which was such a special touch.The house itself is peaceful and relaxing, with a stunning garden in the front and a serene river view from the back balcony. Everywhere you look, there’s unique and beautiful artwork that gives the space so much character.It was the perfect spot for both getting work done and recharging. We truly hope to return again next year!

Hidden Gem

My wife and I were wrapping up our two week California/ Oregon trek. We were not ready to go directly back to San Francisco so we did a 2 day lay over here with Bryan and Richard. The house is perfect. Decorating and furnishings we immaculate. They thought of everything. We agree this is the best short term place we have ever stayed. If coming back to this area it will be our go to.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Had a wonderful stay, again. Stayed in this lovely house 4 years ago. Hosts are wonderful! Easy to communicate with and very responsive. Love the banana bread they make for their guests and also had a nice bottle of wine for us! We will be baxk. ear

Charming, quiet, clean, and lovely

Side by side cottage is a perfect getaway for people who would like a little quiet time in Guerneville. The house is appointed with everything--as if your favorite uncles gave you their house for the weekend, but cleared out all their clothes so you had room for yours. It's really a home, not a boring hotel room, with full kitchen, comfortable living and dining room, and two great bedrooms. Also, 2.5 bathrooms make getting ready easy. And the neighborhood is quiet! A gem in the redwoods.

Wine Country Visit

Fabulous property that backs up to a delightful creek that ultimately feeds into the Russian River. Easy access to dozens of wineries, a gorgeous old growth redwood forest, and quaint diners and restaurants. The owners were exceedingly nice, very helpful regarding things to do, and fully committed to a terrific experience. Amazing flower gardens all around this property!

Relaxing, cozy home away from home!

We had a wonderful long weekend getaway thanks to Bryan and Richard! We were greeted by the host on arrival and check in was a breeze. The little touches meant so much to us - because we don't drink, the host subbed the customary wine with banana bread and local honey, which was so thoughtful and delicious! Bed was comfy, hot tub was a godsend, as well as the soaker tub. The house was spotless with the most amazing decor, especially in one of the bathrooms...! Loved our time spent there and hope to stay here again!

We had a divine two days at this property-soaking in the hot tub, walking in the redwoods nearby, and having what we all agreed were extraordinary deep sleeps. Thank you Bryan and Richard for your hospitality including the wine and delicious bread. The roses in your garden are gorgeous!

Nice weekender

Lovely cottage close to the river and the town, everything exactly as described, and owners were great with booking, check-in, etc. We had kind of a busy weekend so didn’t spend as much time at the cottage as we might have liked, but all the time we did was great.

Wonderful Side by Side

Side by Side is a beautiful house not that far away from downtown Guerneville. Richard and Bryan are fantastic hosts who made sure we had a perfect stay. We were treated to champagne and homemade banana nut bread on our arrival. The house is nicely laid out and has all that you need for your stay. The hut tub was perfect in the evenings afer fun on the river. And the stars at night!! Just a wonderful stay.

Home away from home

This VRBO has become my favorite getaway spot. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are so comfy. I could sit for hours relaxing in the front garden. This house is perfect for recharging from the busy rat race pace of real life. Can’t wait to return next summer!

Superb!

A fantastic, relaxing, quiet property. The distance from Guerneville is ideal. Owners were both communicative and accommodating. Amenities on the property were excellent. The property has extensive gardens and sits inside a greater redwood forest. The interior and furnishings were clean, personal, and tasteful.

Perfect Guerneville getaway

We loved our stay at this cute house in Guerneville. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed, with a great layout. It was just the two of us but the house would be perfect for two couples, with each bedroom equipped with an ensuite. Loved the hot tub out back and the amazing garden in front of the house. The owners are friendly and wonderful hosts- loved the banana bread and bottle of wine there to greet us on arrival. This place is a gem.

AMAZING!!

This was such a fabulous property in a beautiful area. I wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub or more walks around the area!! The local people were so friendly and Brian and Richard are wonder hosts. They thought of every detail!! The decor in the home makes you feel at home while you are vacationing. I will definitely be back and would stay here again!!

Perfect Cozy Getaway in the Redwoods

Bryan & Richard were the best hosts… We loved this clean & well equipped gem in the redwoods. The house was lovely and the flower gardens were so peaceful. We felt very spoiled during our stay.
