To ensure a smooth check-in, please complete the guest verification process through our third-party provider, Truvi, before your arrival. Local guests must inquire before booking.

Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.



Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance:

Overnight occupancy (10 PM - 7 AM) is limited to 4 guests.

Daytime guest limit (7 AM - 10 PM) is 2 individuals.

Parking: 2 vehicles (1 on-site and 1 off-site).

Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM; no outdoor amplified sound.



Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. A small fee applies.



Additional Guidelines:

Penalties apply for violations of our smoking and pet policies.

E-signature on rental contract may be required.

ID verification may be requested before check-in.

Self-check-in is not available after 11 PM.

Tampering with WiFi devices will result in contract termination.

Outdoor security cameras are in place for added safety.

A refundable security deposit of $2,000 may apply.

Commercial activities are prohibited on the property.

Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee per pet.
