The most precious thing is that it has the most average sunshine time in Greater Vancouver and the least rain in winter. It has the most beautiful coastline in Greater Vancouver, the freshest seafood and the most fashionable shops. It is the new favorite of fashion people. The continuous sea view restaurants, cafes, unique art galleries and museums make it a world-class seaside resort town.
