Croton Dam Pond is a whopping 1,130 acres and pond/lake access is included with parking for your boat and trailer. You will love the public beach - located just across the private drive from the Jetty Upper Room.

The space
The Jetty Upper Room features a full kitchen, spacious living room space, dining area, in-unit laundry, a full bath with large shower, and 2 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a twin trundle, as well as black-out curtains.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, as well as black-out curtains. .

There is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy your own dock located just across the private road and campground. Boat trailer parking also available.

There is a public beach just steps away from the Jetty Upper Room.

There is a grill and pavilion also available across the private drive when the pavilion isn't being rented by a private party or in use by the campground.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Jetty ice cream patio. Ice cream hours are M-F 2-9 and Sat 12-9, and you will have the patio to yourselves until then.

Guests will enter the unit with a secure, unique passcode.

Unit is in the upper level with exterior stairs. You will enjoy a private deck on the upper level - a beautiful spot to watch the sunsets and have your morning coffee.

Other things to note
The Croton area is what we like to call a "hidden gem" in Michigan. There is so much to do here, and the area is so beautiful year-round!

The Dragon Trail is amazing and just a short 15 minute drive. You will find some of the best biking and hiking trails in all of Michigan. 34+ miles of exploring is ahead of you!

Croton Pond is known for great fishing, and attracts fishermen from near and far. You can also head down river on the Muskegon River for some great fishing. There is a public boat launch on both the pond, and the river. Both launches are only a few minutes from the Jetty Upper Room.

You will love Gene's grocery store, which is just minutes away by either foot or car. You will also enjoy the many dining options in Croton.

Downtown Newaygo is a short 15 minute drive, and you will absolutely love the shops and cafes there. There are so many great dining options in Newaygo as well.

And, the biggest bonus of all is staying above the ice cream shop. :) Just walk down the stairs and enjoy delicious ice cream goodness throughout your stay. We also have food trucks right outside your window on the weekends. It's just an all-around great and unique experience.
