Hodnett Cooper presents 760 Ocean Boulevard #101- one of St. Simons Island's largest 2 bedroom condominiums, complete with nicely landscaped lawns, a gated entrance, covered parking, swimming pool with hot tub, and an elevator.

760 Ocean Boulevard is located just a short walk from the St. Simons Village and directly across the street from a public beach access. The historic lighthouse, Village fishing pier, local boutiques and wonderful restaurants are all located nearby.

This first floor residence is professionally decorated, and features two large bedrooms with walk-in closets, two large tiled baths, a gourmet kitchen with black granite countertops, a large combined living and dining area, and a private balcony with partial ocean views. The master suite offers a jetted tub, generously sized walk-in shower, and access to the private balcony.

Please note: The community pool will close for the winter beginning November 1st and will reopen in the spring.

Loved the unit and location. Ocean view, covered parking, secluded pool area, easy walk to beach. Did I mention the size of the unit, huge! Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Close to numerous restaurants, shops and the town pier.

Great location! Very clean!

This was in a great location as we could easily walk or ride our bikes to the shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The TV has Roku and we didn’t have to use our subscription to sign in so we didn’t have any issues with the TV. We also loved that there are 2 king sized beds. I had some questions before we arrived and Ann in the office was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection for our girls trip!

Four friends on our annual girls’ trip to St. Simons, and this was our first time venturing away from the Beach Club. We couldn’t have asked for more. The home has two primary bedrooms, both with huge beds and bathrooms. The patio is perfect for listening to the ocean and taking in the evening breeze. The home had everything we needed as far as dishes, toilet paper, bathroom towels, etc. Bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. The walk to the beach is incredibly short (something new for us). The pool is small, but you don’t need anything bigger when you’re this close to the ocean. Walking distance to town if you don’t mind a little walk (about 12 minutes). We HIGHLY recommend this home, as we are planning to book it again for next year’s trip!

Has potential

The unit is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. This unit is advertised as having cable/satellite but it is only equipped with limited streaming offerings. You must have accounts to use the TV and you cannot download other apps as you need a code which is not provided. I talked with the property management company but did not receive a reply. The ice maker also did not work. The beds were comfortable and the unit has lots of space. The bathrooms needed a better cleaning between groups. The unit felt like it was quickly added to the rental market without attention to quality. I have stayed in several units in this building and this unit does not measure up to the others.
