A place of cozy simplicity, Lake and Vineyard View will be your welcoming home base as you explore and enjoy all that the Finger Lakes area offers. We are completely wheelchair and mobility limited accessible, with no stairs, wide doors and hallways, ADA height toilets, a wheelchair accessible bathroom sink and shower, even to an access ramp down to the patio overlooking the nearby vineyards with the lake behind and fire pit in the center.

Located on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, it is within walking distance or a short drive to numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries, museums, antique shops as well as the lake and all its amusements. A slightly longer drive with take you to the Corning Museum of Glass, the Rockwell Museum of Western Art, the Watkins Glen State Park and Watkins Glen International, among others. The rental has private parking for 4-5 cars and even room to draw in a boat on a trailer.

After your day of adventures in the Finger Lakes, there is a fire pit on the patio, complete with a supply of firewood, yard games and for later (or an occasional rainy day) we have stocked several table games and jigsaw puzzles for all ages as well as books. The whole-house WiFi and two "Smart" TV's will allow you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Our fully equipped kitchen includes not only dishware, cookware and the necessary small appliances, but "starter" supplies of spices, oils, coffee, tea, paper towels and napkins. The walk out deck has a gas grill and dining table with umbrella. Our "machine room" is set up to deliver not only all-house air conditioning and heating but a plentiful supply of filtered and purified water for drinking, cooking and showering.
Although we think six people will be most comfortable in the three bedrooms, there is a full sized sofa bed in the living room, if someone is willing.
