Welcome to Sol Haven! Step inside and discover a meticulously designed vacation home. Our attention to detail is evident in every corner, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for you and your fellow travelers. The spacious layout provides ample room for everyone to unwind and make themselves at home.

☀️OUTDOOR OASIS

Our 1300+ SF screened lanai and pool deck is a great place to unwind, or just watch the sun as it rises. The lanai and pool overlook a lake and just beyond is the White Heron Golf Club. It's what made us fall in love with this property. Boasting a pool, with spa fountain, stacked stone cabana with dining area, all illuminated at night by blue LED and string lights. The pool deck has four loungers and a sun umbrella. The large covered porch has a conversation area, a respite from the direct sunshine.

Pool is available to heat October through Easter.

Pool towels provided. Weber gas grill available for guests to use.

There are also pickle ball/tennis courts.

☀️GAME ROOM and ENTERTAINMENT

Tap into your inner child by stepping into the large game room inside the converted 3 car garage. Play a game of ping pong or “pop a shot” basketball followed by a cold drink from the retro fridge at the bar area. 65” TV along with a sofa, chairs and bar stool seating for plenty of play, chilling, lounging and enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is the perfect setting for channeling your inner chef. It features all full sized, stainless steel appliances, along with all of the amenities you might need during your stay.



☀️BEDROOMS (4 bedrooms + Den)

When it is time to rest, escape to one of our comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed. Wake up refreshed and ready to seize the day's adventures.

The primary suite is conveniently located on the left side of the home for privacy. It has a king size bed, blackout curtains with two large sliding patio doors that open up to the breathtaking views of your backyard oasis. The additional three bedrooms are located on the other side of the home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, Roku TV, full length mirror, sound machine, charging stations/outlets and additional pillows and bedding. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a King sized Bed. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. The fifth sleeping space is in the Den on a high quality, convertible sofa.


☀️BATHROOMS (3 Baths)

The bathrooms have modern fixtures and amenities, ensuring a refreshing start to your mornings.The primary bedroom features a 5x5 slate shower with dual rain-shower heads and polished rock floor. Plus, split marble-topped comfort height vanities with under-mount sinks & oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and a water closet with comfort height toilet. There are 2 additional well equipped baths in the home

1 Jack and Jill full bath between bedrooms 3 & 4 w/ a pocket door entry to a shared full bath with linen closet. Comfort height quartz-topped double sink vanity.
1 shower bath, adjacent to Bedroom 2.

☀️LIVING AREAS

With 12 foot ceilings and open concept, Sol Haven invites you into two congretating areas. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and includes a full size sofa, 2 swivel chairs, built-in corner fireplace, 65 inch Roku TV, custom wood accent wall paneling with LED back-lighting and 2 large patio doors with views to the lanai pool area. The second living area welcomes you as you enter the home through the foyer. This room also boasts a full size sofa and chair, a table w/ 4 chairs, which can be used as additional dining space or grab some of the games in the console and use a game table.


☀️DEN/OFFICE

The den has LVP flooring and double door access to great room. This space also doubles as an office with a desk, lamp and charging pod. Plus the den has a high quality sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for two.


☀️CHILDREN

Bringing smaller children to Sol Haven? We have you covered with essentials such as a playpen with bassinet with changing table as well as a high chair. We also have a children's dining set with plates, bowls, silverware and cups. We want you to be as comfortable as possible, but we must also remind you that your small children must be watched at all times. As beautiful as our natural landscape may be, it can be very hazardous to unattended children. For extra protection, we have installed alarms on every door leading to our beautiful pool area, which have an on/off switch right on the side. We encourage you to use them if you have children staying with you.

☀️GUEST ACCESS

When booking Sol Haven, you will have access to the entire home! We just ask our guests to please leave our owners closets locked and garage doors closed.

☀️OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We would like to remind our guests, that as much as we love our water views, along with that comes the large and small animals that live here, whether we like them or not. You are in Florida, and any body of water has alligators. PLEASE DO NOT entertain feeding the ALLIGATORS.Christmas Tree Rental 7' Ft at $200 . We also have lots of insects and small, harmless geckos. If our doors or windows (without screens) are left open these bugs and critters tend to find their way in. We recommend ensuring doors are not left open. Please help us maintain a safe and happy environment for all by keeping doors and windows closed at all time and not giving an open invite to our outdoor friends. Also, no matter how rigorously we clean (and we take cleaning very seriously) there may be some dead flies, gnats, or a small cobweb that was created in the short time from our cleaning to your check in..again this is just a fact of life. Pool cleaning and lawn care are provided on a weekly basis
