Only two things that coulda made stay better is washer and dryer being in the condo and an elevator since we was on the third floor…. Other than that our stay was fantastic and will most likely use again.

Senior Beach Week

The condo was the perfect location right across from the beach access. It had most everything we needed, and we were kept very cool with the two A/C units. I would however recommend a couple of things. 1) I would describe the A/C unit situation and that one of the bedrooms does not have a unit within it. 2) I would have at least two meals worth of silverware for the maximum amount of people allowed to stay in the unit. We washed silverware a lot. 3) I would shorten the passcode to get into the unit and add a light at the lock box. 10 digits is a lot and you have to use a flashlight to see the numbers. 4) The water in the kitchen sink gets extremely hot. I would turn down the temperature to that water heater and it could scald someone. 5) I would also put on the listing that this is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I don't think I found that out until after I rented the property and received additional information. All in all, it was a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Loved it!

Clean and well organized! Excellent access to beach especially for the price! We were just steps away! The link for the address did send us to the wrong location so make sure the zip code and address is right but will come back again

Nice Unit

The building itself is very old. Hallways need upgrade, especially lighting. The location is across the street from a beautiful beach with easy public access. The unit itself has been updated and is very nice. The biggest issue was the AC units. There is no central HVAC (only two wall units) and they are extremely noisy! So noisy that you can't hear the TV and the bedroom unit makes it hard to sleep (we had to turn it off). The TV sound is very poor (suggest a sound bar, especially with the loud AC unit). The master B/R bed is comfortable but very difficult to get into due to a thick mattress topper. The outside deck has good seating and a nice ocean view. We didn't use the second B/R but noticed that there was no AC unit.

Stormy Stay

We truly enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean durning the tropical rainstorms. This place was perfect sized for the 4 of us and the stock of necessities at check-in are awesome! Hope to stay again some day!

Last minute summer vacation

Our family had five days open for a quick beach vacation and found this condo. We were very happy it was available. The condo was exactly as the listing photos showed. It’s very close to the beach and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing mornings of breakfast and coffee on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean.
