The fully-equipped modern kitchen is ready for you to create delicious meals and includes:

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 unique bedrooms:

* Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bathroom and direct outdoor access.

* Bedroom 2: Queen bed

* Bedroom 3: Queen bed

* Bedroom 4: Two Queen beds and a sofa bed



Your private backyard oasis awaits! The large, enclosed yard is perfect for furry friends. Outdoor amenities include:

* Sparkling swimming pool

* Relaxing hot tub

* BBQ grill

* Cozy lounge area with a fire pit



For entertainment, our converted garage is a game room featuring:

* Pool table

* Darts

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, private backyard, pool, hot tub, and game room. Self check-in is simple and convenient via a keyless entry system. On-site parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway.

*** CITY REQUIREMENTS: ***

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***Pool Heating: ***

Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



* For Kids: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
