Welcome to your private resort-style estate in the heart of Palm Springs' prestigious Movie Colony. This luxurious villa offers an unforgettable getaway for families and groups seeking both relaxation and sophisticated entertainment.
The main house features an open-concept living area where large sliding glass doors blur the line between indoors and out, opening directly to your backyard oasis. The property is designed for comfort and convenience, ensuring a carefree stay.

* Private Casita: A separate, private retreat with its own living, dining, and sleeping areas.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire gated property. This includes the main house, the separate guest casita, and all outdoor amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and landscaped yard.

* **Keyless Entry:** Entry is seamless with a unique personal access code provided for 24/7 access.
* **Parking:** On-site parking is available. Please note that guest parking is not available in the garage.
The Neighborhood:
This private villa is part of the prestigious Movie Colony neighborhood where the glamorous Hollywood stars come to play. The property has a prime location two blocks from the Uptown Design District, and less than a 5-minute walk to Downtown's best retail shops, bars, and restaurants.
Even though Movie Colony is close to the downtown area, the property remains extremely private, shielded by the wall and landscaping in the backyard. One thing to be aware of is that, on occasion, you may be able to hear vehicles passing by on the street behind the house or a medical helicopter due to being close to the hospital.
The historic Movie Colony is named after the many famous movie stars who owned homes in the area from the 1930's to 1960's, including Marilyn Monroe, Cary Grant, Dinah Shore, Frank Sinatra, and Al Jolson.
The estate is also only a 7-minute walk to the famous 22-acre Ruth Hardy Park, where you will find 8 tennis courts, 2 children's play areas, basketball court, 2 volleyball courts, numerous picnic tables with BBQs, and large open fields. The adjacent Wellness Park is a 5-acre wellness oasis that offers a quarter-mile walking/jogging loop, five outdoor fitness stations, and four gardens: meditation, healing, fragrance and a memorial garden. There are also popular public hiking trails just a short walk or bike ride away that offer spectacular views overlooking the city, the airport, and valley.
Getting Around:
You can walk from the house to most in-town restaurants and bars. Many of the best restaurants of Palm Springs are within ~5 minutes walk from the house: Copley's, Eight4Nine, Workshop Kitchen, El Mirasol, Trio, Jake's, Birba, Cheeky's, Blue Coyote, and Tac/Quila.
There is parking space inside the gated property for at least 4 cars.
The Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 3 miles away and Interstate 10 (that connects you to Joshua Tree National Park or all the way to Los Angeles and Las Vegas) is also only a few miles away. The Convention Center, and the casino are quite close as well.
Other Things to Note:
* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a signed rental agreement, a copy of your government-issued ID, and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This will be managed through a secure portal after your reservation is confirmed.
* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to ensure the pool is warm upon your arrival.
* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
* **Cancellation Policy:** Guests can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.
* **Holiday & Event Bookings:** Please note that reservations during holidays and special event weekends are non-cancellable.
* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your health and safety are our top priority. Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols using EPA-registered products before every arrival, ensuring the property is sanitized and spotless for your stay.
