⓶ Tranquil Haven: Two guests can relax in the 2 Full beds, extra-long for supreme comfort.
⓷ Cozy Nook: Ideal for individual travelers or youngsters, furnished with 1 extra-long Full bed.

Our residence boasts three full bathrooms equipped with bathtubs, allowing for private and comfortable routines. Stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, they cater to all your needs.

★ LIVING AREA ★
The spacious living room, complete with a warming gas fireplace, invites you to unwind. Furnished with plush sofas and a Smart TV this area is your hub for relaxation, storytelling, or enjoying a cinematic experience.

★ KITCHEN ★
Show off your culinary skills in our fully-equipped kitchen, which includes state-of-the-art appliances such as a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, electric stove, and a large refrigerator. The dining area, with seating for six, offers a welcoming space for meals together or doubling as a workspace.

★ PATIO AND BACKYARD ★
Step outside to the private patio and enjoy the outdoors under a lighted umbrella. The backyard offers a tranquil setting, perfect for enjoying Wilmington’s beautiful weather.

Our in-unit laundry amenities, featuring a washer and dryer, add ease to your stay, making it convenient for both short and long visits.

★ PARKING ★
The property includes two designated parking spaces with additional community spots available, ensuring ample parking for you and your guests.

Other Things to Note:

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.


▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
