This Madeira Beach Vacation Rental condo is a spacious 2 bedroom-2 bath direct gulf front condo. Enjoy watching spectacular sunsets and peaceful mornings from your private balcony. Gather in the spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat or around the dining table to talk about days events. Plenty of room in the fully equipped kitchen to cook.
Sleep well in the direct gulf front master bedroom with 2 queen size beds, plus offers access to the balcony for morning coffee, listening to the sounds of the gulf and seagulls; ensuite bathroom, and tv. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, a tv, and ceiling fan. Hall bath conveniently located near the guest bedroom. Laundry areas located on the 4th and 7th floor

Lounge by the large heated pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, walk the soft white beaches for shell treasures to bring home, or walk to Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk for all kinds of shops, restaurants and all kinds of family fun activities.

Important Information:

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

This was a great place to stay. The rental staff was very responsive and the onsite associate was very attentive and welcoming. I would definitely be interested in staying here again!

Spring Break

Great stay and location! Traveled with husband and two young daughters. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Had an issue with the dishwasher and the host was very responsive and got it fixed quickly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Madeira Beach

Perfect space for a get away! The hot tub was broken during our stay. Otherwise, everything was in perfect working order. If ordering in food or groceries, you need to send the elevator down or meet the delivery person on ground level.

Beautiful

Extremely convenient to any activities, and food! Best part is this is the forst property i think ive stayed that the room is literally right off the elevator! How much easier can you get. Rooms are so much bigger in person and in early morning you can sit on your private balcony and watch the dolphins!

Great place. Great location.

The location of this property is great. Easy walking distance to John's pass. The beach quality and sand were some of the best we've ever seen. The condo itself is nice and clean. The management company was good to work with and very responsive.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

When we arrived at the apartment we instantly felt relaxed. Great light space that was clean and well equipped. The views were amazing and we watched the 4th July fireworks from the balcony. Would recommend this place!

Beach front

As far as location and beach access goes you will not find a better spot. The unit was as described but quite dated inside and could use a refresh. Majority of the time spent on the beautiful beach, would book again for this reason.

New years on the beach

Not bad. Close to the beach, nice pool and hot tub. Bocci Ball court was neat. Grills by the pool were a nice touch, but didn't work that great, may have just needed a good cleaning of the gas lines.

Clean with everything working well but window blinds were missing at least on panel in every room. Good hot water and air-conditioning. Safe. Pool was very nice and beach was perfect. Spa was awesome. Elevator bounces a bit and very slow.

senior trip for my twins

We spent 2 days at Disney and wanted to complete our vacation at a beach on the gulf side. We had no idea how things would be as we had never vacationed at Madeira. We had a wonderful stay. We booked 2 condo units due to the size of our family. The rooms were clean and modern in both units. I would recommend it!! It's a great place to vacation with small children. The beaches were not crowded.

Cute beach front property

I’ve stayed at SeaBreeze for 8+ years but first time in this unit. There were a lot of poor reviews about the unit but after staying here I think people over-exaggerated. I found the unit clean and furniture to be comfy. The kitchen needs modernization but the rest of unit has nice coastal flair. I didn’t get check-in instructions but the number on the outside of the office answered as soon as I called and she immediately texted with info. I’d definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Madiera Beach

We had a wonderful and relaxing trip to this little spot of paradise. Close to everything we needed. Not too tourist-y, had a local vibe. Johns Pass was within walking distance. No complaints, but would have liked a hair dryer and more toilet paper. Yes the elevator is slow but so what... It's vacation. No rush!!!

Great Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time here! The location is perfect, within walking distance to many things, and a beautiful view. It was cold when we were there so the heated pool was a necessity for the kids and it was great! The property was nice, although the elevator was extremely slow, but access to rolling carts in the parking lot was extremely helpful. Unit was clean and spacious. Towel racks not attached to the wall well and the headboards were too wobbly hitting the wall with any movement. Hung a hand towel over the headboards to stop them from bumping the wall. Overall it was a great trip and we’d go there again.

Great location

The views are amazing from the condo Pool was wonderful. Condo’s kitchen fully equipped. It was great having beach towels There were also sand toys for children Few minor issues. Sliding door sticks, A few of the blind panels kept falling down. Water temping showers would go from hot to cold and then hot again. This wasn’t a big deal for us, but wanted to put in review. Had a great time would definitely stay again.

Great View - No hot water!

Great View of lots of dolphins. However for 2 of the 4 days we had little to no hot water. Also the blinds on the balcony were in shambles. Dirty vents and a non working can opener. Still we enjoyed the condo, but not a five star stay.

Overall great vacation!

Me,and my family stayed in this condo for 9 nights.Condo definitely needs some update,kitchen is old,stove needs to be replaced,and living room furniture is pretty much old too, kind of dirty too.Balcony could use some update.Our beds were so bad that we all had back pain.In this case I’ve made a mistake not complaining to the manager right away.They replaced 2 beds the same day,and I was very pleased with that.Maybe I am a little bit peaky,but I am 100% honest person. I wish that whoever was renting before would tell management about all this and we would have any problems.Floor's are great, bathrooms too especially in the second room.Breathtaking view,great location,in our case overall great vacation.

Disappointing

We felt the unit had a nice remodeled look online and that is why we booked it, but overall the unit was very dirty. We had to wear shoes at all time u less we wanted our socks black on the bottom or hear the crunch of sand as we walk. The kitchen needs restocked with more silverware, better pots and handles on the cabinets. The wood was so dirty the door was sticking and hard to open. The couch needs replaced, you can actually hear the springs when you sit down. No beach chairs - I do understand it is not a requirement but a nice perk. We had to go buy four. The building has too many codes to remember (unit code, elevator code, gate code) we had to write them down and carry the paper with us to remember. One sink in double vanity was clogged and would not drain. We could not use it. The last thing….the one elevator stinks. Need two and it needs to be quicker.
