Cocina completa completa, área de comedor, área de lavandería, futbolín, Wii, pantalla plana de 42 "en la sala de estar, televisores de pantalla plana reemplazados en 2018 en cada habitación, Wi-Fi gratuito (nuevo enrutador y decodificador de cable 2018), teléfono gratuito de larga distancia .. ¡Vista de la piscina y un enorme grupo de palmeras sobre un césped verde bien cuidado!
Todas las baterías de detectores de humo / monóxido de carbono, así como las baterías de control remoto y las bombillas se reemplazan anualmente en enero. HHI Vacay

This was our first time staying in this location and the property was perfect for our needs. Very well kept, stocked and clean. Just a few minutes from the beach and a pool right out the back door. The community was quiet and people were friendly. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a Hurricane turned tropical storm, but Katherine was extremely helpful and gracious, staying in touch and providing local information as things progressed, and equally as helpful with some tough decisions. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next stay here!

Everything was perfect!

We are repeat customers for this property and again were 10000% satisfied. The location cannot be beat and it is such an easy walk to the beach. We were able to go back and forth multiple times a day. Its a flat walk and short enough that we just carried our items most times (instead of using cart). The pool directly behind this unit was NEVER crowded and the permanent residents we met during the trip were very friendly. We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed for that long of a stay; the unit is exceptionally well stocked. I also really loved that there were two beds in the 2nd bedroom, which is perfect for folks who might be bringing multiple kids (we did not but could imagine how handy that would be). We will be back. Our favorite property on the island. Very clean unit.

Condo was excellent. Lots of space. Check in easy. Chairs and beach wagon available. The access to beach was a good 2 blocks plus and for someone with mobility constraints was a bit much for me. The pool at rear of complex was dirty as were the attached pool bathrooms. Doesn’t get the attention like the main pool. I would suggest maintenance give that pool/bathroom a thorough cleaning. Overall would recommend renting for vacation.

Very nice place for a vacation!

We were very pleased with our stay at this villa. Nice and clean! Gracious and thoughtful host with quick and thorough communication. All information was laid out very clearly, including tech-related things (which we used when we weren't out enjoying the sun). Really appreciated how close the beach was - very easy walk. Definitely recommend!!

Great Week with the Family

The property was clean, organized, and had all the little things that seem to be missing at most other places. The only complaint would be the loud screen door. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family

The condo was perfect for our family. It was nice that the kids actually got to have their own room, and they loved the foosball table. It was great having the pool so close too. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Yet!!!!

I have been blessed to vacation in Hilton Head for 18 years with my family. I would rank this property at the top of the list for the condition of the property, location, and convenience. I was amazed by the organization and communication from Kathryn. The check-in process was easy, and detailed notes throughout the condo depict ease of use. The walk to the beach is an easy 5-minute walk. We walked to Coligny several times to eat and shop. The bike paths make great memories with my children. The beach cart and chairs were a great addition. I enjoyed our stay so much that I have already booked my stay for 2024!!!

CLOSE TO BEACH AND COZY

Very cute beachy themed property. Owner was so thoughtful. Quick walk to the beach, but even cooler was how quick it was to walk to all the local areas like Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, local bars and restaurants, etc. We did make a few driving trips to Fish Haul (best exploring beach) and Duck Donuts for my daughter’s birthday but otherwise we were totally content and comfortable staying out at the condo pool and beach. We will DEFINITELY return when we are able!

Beach time visit

The location is perfect! Very quiet and peaceful. The beach is a short 7 minute walk. It’s so nice to be able to walk to stores and restaurants where you can listen to live music. The condo was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable which is a must for me because I stayed over a month. Kathryn was a wonderful and answered any question in a timely manner. I hope to return next year.

Loved it!

It was even better than what we expected. It was a home away from home. The owner really takes into consideration everything one would need to make their stay enjoyable. They really thought of everything and answered quickly if we had a question. The beach was lovely and it was nice to have the pool so close to the unit. We would definitely rent this place again.

Close to beach

The place was clean and in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable and the foosball table wasn’t level so it wasn’t fun to play.
