Our fully stocked coffee bar includes both a Keurig and a Cuisinart coffee maker, plus a selection of K-Cups, medium roast coffee, decaf, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, creamer, and even a teapot for instant hot water. Whether you’re a coffee lover or tea drinker, we’ve got you covered!
Open living and dining areas perfect for gathering, and everything you need for the memorable beach vacation is already here- so you don’t need to lug it with you. The neighborhood around 76th Street is calm and family-friendly, yet you’re just minutes from all the best restaurants, mini-golf spots, and local favorites.
What we enjoy most:
We love waking up and walking to the beach in just a few steps — no traffic, no crowds, just the sound of the ocean and gulls in the background. In the evenings, the neighborhood is quiet enough to relax on the balcony with a drink, but still close enough to catch live music or grab Thrasher’s fries nearby.
There’s a special charm to this area — you feel tucked away, but never too far from the action. It’s the kind of place where families ride bikes, neighbors wave, and every day feels like vacation. 🌅
