Le encantará este lujoso, aire acondicionado, dos dormitorios, dos baños, 1300 pies cuadrados Villa! Totalmente amueblado, con su propio espacioso, terraza comedor privado, esta unidad es impecable e impecablemente mantenido. Esta unidad ofrece amplio espacio de estar abierta con capacidad para seis, pero íntimamente relajante para dos.

El gran dormitorio principal con aire acondicionado, una cama king-size y una cómoda sala de estar dentro de la habitación principal para leer o relajarse además de un gran televisor HDTV de pantalla plana. El baño principal cuenta con un tocador doble, ducha y bañera separadas. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales (que se pueden convertir en una configuración de rey), entrada, microondas / nevera pequeña separada, aire acondicionado, zona de comedor (que puede alojar hasta 4 personas), gran televisión HDTV de pantalla plana, aparador, y armario. La sala de estar está lujosamente amueblado y espacioso, con aire acondicionado, con vistas a la flora tropical y piscina en el Grand Champions Resort. También se incluye un gran televisor HDTV de pantalla plana. El comedor es amplio y cuenta con mesa y asientos para acomodar hasta seis personas. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, incluyendo lavavajillas, cocina, microondas y al lado del refrigerador con agua filtrada y hielo en la puerta.

Lovely Stay on Maui

Great location and well stocked with the basics. There were lots of great beach accessories. Location was close to the pool which was convenient but also was a little noisy at times. However it was very quiet after 10. Karen was quick to get back to us when we had questions and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent and spacious condo

We loved staying at this beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained unit with comfortable beds and walking proximity to plenty of amazing dining and shopping. The pool and bbqs are steps away from the lanai making it easy for the kids to go for a quick dip in the pool. We also enjoyed walking to many of the delicious restaurants and farmer’s market in the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, including the pullout! Loved our stay and would love to come back.

The condo is great for a family. It has a large master and two twin beds in the other room. It's right across from the pool and hot tub and has a huge lanai. Great place to stay!

Felt like home

The place felt like a true home away from home. Everything was there that you would need from daily essentials to beach toys were in the unit. If I stay in the wailea area again, I absolutely would consider staying at this condo again.

Beautiful condo

Our vacation at this condo was excellent. It was very comfortable, well stocked and in a great location to visit all of the beautiful beaches in Wailea/Kihei. The location right by the pool made is easy for us to grill and to enjoy the water. The owner quickly answered any questions we had during our stay. We have rented many accommodations through VRBO and this on is among the best.

Great vacation

Every aspect of this rental was great. The proximity to the pool and the massive lanai was also wonderful. Having the laundry set up in a closet on the lanai was brilliant. Also being close to numerous amenities, and beaches was a big plus. If it was available for us next year, we would definitely go back. Christine was a great host.

Fabulous Family Unit and Location

Our traveling party of 5 had an amazing time in this spacious condominium, conveniently located within walking distance of Wailea beaches and shops. The unit was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with basics, plus appreciated extras like Starbucks coffee. The layout provided plenty of privacy with the two separate bedroom suites located on opposite sides of the unit. Location immediately adjacent to the pool was a plus for us and unit still felt private and quiet. Check-in was seamless and Karen was very responsive, responding quickly to questions. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.

Very convenient and comfortable

The condo was as advertised; comfortable, clean and close to shopping, golf and the pool and hot tub which we used every day. It was really nice not having to purchase coffee or paper goods. It is not really walking distance to the beach but is a very quick drive. We enjoyed the relative quietness of the area compared to Lahaina and, as always, the weather was wonderful. We will return to Grand Champions. Thank you.

Great family friendly location/property; close to amenities and beaches

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay @ Grand Champions. The condo unit is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, the bathrooms have an abundance of linens and toiletries, and the storage closets are stocked with beach toys, laundry supplies and more. The property itself is beautiful, and Karen's particular condo overlooks a garden and pool area. We loved having coffee early in the morning coffee on the lenai, enjoying quiet moments before the day began. We were able to walk to a shopping centre, and beaches were a close drive in both directions. Karen was super responsive before, during and after our stay; she knows alot about the area, which helped us plan all the activities we were hoping to attend during our stay. We will book with Karen again.

Perfect Location

The property is perfect for a couple or a family. Kitchen is well stocked. Furniture is comfortable. Outside space large, inviting and overlooks the pool, which can be noisy but we didn’t care. You can access the pool from the back deck. TV in the living room isn’t a smart TV so streaming would be a problem. The house is filled with posted instruction pasted to the walls. We found the postings helpful at times and humorous because there are so many. Loved our month line stay without a car because Wailea is perfect for just walking. Great food, shops, walks on beach, along ocean, and wonderful high end restaurants. Loved it!

I am an individual owner of this vacation villa. Grand Champion Golf and Tennis Villas is zoned in the resort/hotel zoning of the Gold Coast of Wailea/Makena and is a legal vacation villa. I have been associated with VRBO for over 25 years (and was one of their first listings, as evidenced by my low VRBO listing number). My best customers are my returning guests, many of whom return annually to their "home away from home".

From the time you enter this villa, you will feel right at home, with all the comforts of your home provided. Every amenity has been provided, from fresh coffee to laundry soap, all you will need for your Maui get-away is your roll on suitcase!

This villa was totally remodeled in Spring of 2020 and includes walk in showers in both baths, double granite sinks in the master, whirlpool bath in the master; new granite counter tops in all baths, together with new bath fixtures.

All tile has been updated to high grade porcelain tile throughout the baths and kitchen, together with new cherry cabinets in the kitchen and all new stainless steel fingerprint free appliances. The new granite wraps around the entire kitchen for a exquisite finish.

New split air conditioning has been installed throughout the villa, together with air purifiers in all rooms for your comfort and health.
