Located directly across the street, enjoy a 2 minute crossover to private beach access! Take advantage of the first come first serve boat slips and have direct access to the lagoon! This incredible complex features a large outdoor pool & shuffle board/tennis courts that will keep you entertained during your whole trip! Unit 314A sleeps 4 comfortably for your family!



The Space:

**Snowbird 30 day monthly rate $2083 plus tax**. This rate is for Direct Website bookings only. Airbnb will have additional fees added to the nightly rate so please send us a message for all snowbird monthly rate inquiries of you're inquiring on Airbnb.



Upon entering the double glass doors into the complex, you can take the elevators up to 3rd floor to access unit 314A (step by step directions to be given after booking)!



After entering the unit, you will see the primary bedroom on the left! This room features a queen size bed and smart TV for your favorite streaming apps!



As you walk down the hallway, you will notice the full bathroom on the left and laundry space on the right as you're entering into the kitchen and living space!



Enjoy the spacious living room with sleeper couch to sleep 2 additional guests and utilize the 4 bar stools to enjoy all your delicious meals prepped in the fully stocked kitchen!



On a work trip? There are 2 designated working areas with built-in desk! The first is in the primary bedroom and the 2nd is in the living room!



Exit the living room space onto the balcony to enjoy your gulf views, morning sunrises, and evening sunsets!



Guest Access:

Guest will have full access to everything inside the unit/balcony as well as all the amenities on site!



All guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and shuffle board areas!



You can enjoy fishing off the dock piers if you bring your fishing rods! If you're wanting to bring a boat, you can take advantage of the first come first serve boat slips! Parking slips cost $20 per boat so you can store your trailer on site and use the boat launch on site!!



There is no access to the Gulf Waters by boat! If you stay in this complex, you will only be able to use your boat on Little Lagoon! No access to the Gulf!



Parking on site does require a parking pass for each vehicle. Each pass is $25 and each unit is limited to 2 passes. The parking lot does have security cameras to safely keep all vehicles in the parking lot.



Both the vehicle and boat parking passes are purchased at the complex with either cash or credit card.



The Neighborhood:

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club is the epitome of peace and fun! Located along the lagoon of Gulf Shores, this complex is directed located on the water with deeded beach access that takes less than 2-3 minutes to walk!



If you want to be within quick driving distance to the heart of Gulf Shores yet away from some of the busyness of the city, this complex is perfect for you!



The serenity of being directly on the water and across from the gorgeous white sandy beaches cannot be beat!



Getting Around:

Upon entering the complex, you can park in any unmarked parking spot in front the complex. Do not park under the complex, these are for owners only!



When you enter the building you will see a front desk area where you can purchase your parking passes.



Vehicle- $25 per car

Boat- $20 per boat

We will be available before, during, and after each guest stay to assist with any and all needs!
