This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo sleeps 4. It does not have a sofa bed but a 5th guest can sleep on the sofa. Located across the street from the beach. Easy access across the street to the Gulf. Great beach view from your living room or balcony. One flight of stairs brings you into this nicely furnished, comfortable condo. The master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 2 TVs, 2 DVD players and WIFI. If you like to walk, several area restaurants are within walking distance. This property does not have an elevator and does not have a swimming pool. Condo has a keurig and a regular coffee maker. Living Rm TV has high definition and sports channels. The other t.v.s are not hd and do not have sports channels. jc

Anniversary stay

This place was the perfect stay for us to celebrate two years of marriage! Loved how the beach was just right across the street and so close to everything else like the hangout, restaurants, and shops. Hope to be able to stay again in the future! :)

Family vacation

Great location and parking right under condo. Very clean and kind of retro decor. Great for the price. Walkway to beach right across the street at light. Very easy to get to beach and beach is not very crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Relaxing Beach Trip

Overall, it was a relaxing week. Our condo was across the street from a beach access, which was good since that’s what we did most of the time. The place was a little bit smaller than what I anticipated, but it was enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed, but we ate out mostly. Gulf Shores has plenty places to eat and have ice cream afterwards.

Dated but clean

Had all we needed except toilet paper. One thin roll provided for three people for five days. Administration fees made this stay very expensive.

Couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at.

Clean and comfy

A spur of the moment girls trip. Although, we wanted to be beach front this was a great second! We still had somewhat of a view of the water from the balcony. Very short walk to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. There was a musty smell when we first arrived, probably from being closed up, but it aired out quickly. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I liked that our car was parked just underneath for easy access. We enjoyed our stay here and will rent again.

Perfect little condo!

This condo is perfect for the small family or group of friends. It’s the very first condo in the building so it right off the main road. Had a balcony with chair that you can sit and enjoy outside time whenever. And such a short walk to the beach! Everything inside is nice and well decorated. Bathroom has recently been updated. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need to cook with! The condo also has an outside shower so you can wash off the beach before you come back inside. It’s a fairly short walk to some restaurants also. I’d definitely stay here again.

Red light by the condo so crossing the road to the beach access was so easy. Great layout I had a room and the girls had a room. Anything you would have needed was there! Great neighbors around. Some are permanent and super sweet. Place was clean and tidy. Probably the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in at the beach! Seriously we didn’t want to wake up in the morning. I usually prefer staying on the beach but would definitely come back here!!

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the people living above our unit were awful. 4 people - 1 man with dementia, 1 caregiver, and 2 other men who were just so loud especially in the middle of the night after they came home from their work shifts. The walls/floors are VERY thin in this unit and we could hear everything they did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo located about 3/4 of a mile east of the Hangout. Definitely within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores. Right across the street from public access to the beach with stoplight and crosswalk. First floor condo with just a handful of stairs right next to the assigned parking spot. Very nice and clean, comfortable looking with plenty of room for our visit, myself and two teenagers. Twin beds for the girls and a king sized bed for myself. Open the curtains in the family room and enjoy the view across the street of the beach. The road noise didn’t bother me unless I had both doors open, which was still a nice relaxing experience. Kitchen had all the amenities needed along with washer/dryer. The only complaints I have would be the upstairs neighbors seemed to be awake at all hours of the day, could hear them talking and sliding chairs/furniture across the floor at 4AM as well as 4PM. The window in the twin bedroom would hum when the wind blew, which for the first couple of nights my daughter thought was an owl outside her window. All in all, enjoyed our time there and would stay there again. Loved the location that is not too close to the Hangout but not too far away either.

The lady's at the front desk are nice and attentive. The location was also very convenient, unfortunately that is the only good things i can say about the stay at this apartment. My biggest upset was the front door to the unit, a butter knife could pop the "locked" door right open and you could use your hand to undo the chain lock and gain entrance to the unit. The only amount of security we really had was the lock on the screen door but that is only effective when your inside the unit. Security was a big issue. Half of the light switches had shorts in them and had to be balanced between on and off for them to work. The smart tv in the kids room wouldn't connect to the wifi the last 2 days we were there and that upset my son greatly. Units are not very sound proof and it smelled really bad when we got there. Overall unsatisfied with the quantity of the unit but if your just looking for something affordable by the beach then it works.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a good location for the price. Very short walk to the beach. However, unfortunately the unit was lacking in to many other aspects for me to leave a good review. Upon arrival the unit smelled awful and the chain latch to the door was hanging from the door frame, I had a 2 year old so this was a problem. The lady's at the front desk are very nice and got that fixed but my husband was able to use a butter knife and pop the outside door open while it's "locked" and then use his hand to unhook the chain. So saftey was a huge concern especially with a 3 year old. Other issues with the unit were the light switches, half of them had a short in the switch and you had to balance them halfway between on and off for them to work. The smart TV in the kids room for the last 2 days we were there would not connect to the wifi so it was only good as a regular TV so my 2 year old was not happy. You could also hear EVERY sound coming from upstairs and the cars on the road. Also the fist time the bathroom was used the toilet paper holder fell off the wall because it was stuck back on backwards from I'm assuming the cleaning service. Overall the quality was unsatisfying.

Beachcomber Vacation

Location was perfect, beach access directly across street from property. Small balcony from living room has a view of the ocean, but overlooks a busy road. That’s really the only downside. Everything else was great!

Perfect beach access

Can view the waves from your balcony, walk across the street and your on the beach! Come back for lunch, dinner, potty breaks, snacks, and naps!
