The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the quiet Regal Palms community as you step onto the small patio, a peaceful spot to ease into your day. Inside, the townhome offers plenty of room to settle in, whether you're gathering in the large living area or unwinding after exploring nearby attractions. The atmosphere stays relaxed and inviting, with everything arranged to make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, giving everyone room to spread out. On the downstairs level, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full bed plus a trundle bed, and the third bedroom includes a king size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full-size bathroom.



Living spaces

The main living area is designed for time together, offering space to relax after a day in Orlando. A dining area sits nearby for meals or game nights, complemented by a breakfast nook in the kitchen. From the living room, step onto the small patio with seating for two. A free washer and dryer are available, making longer stays or family trips more convenient.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen includes the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A dedicated indoor dining area provides room for shared meals, and the breakfast nook adds a casual spot for morning coffee or quick bites.



Community amenities

Situated within the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa, the townhome gives you access to the community amenity center and clubhouse. Enjoy the pool with a slide, the lazy river, and spaces designed for both kids and adults, including an indoor playground, gym, restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop. Parking is available with free parking on premises and free street parking.



Comfort and conveniences

The home offers air conditioning, heating, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and home safety essentials including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, along with hangers, an iron, and a private entrance with self check-in through a smart lock.

Regal Palms sits near the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and just a short drive from Disney World and other Orlando attractions, with convenient access to I4 and I192. The setting offers a quiet retreat where you can enjoy space, comfort, and the amenities of a well-loved vacation community.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
