Surfers Pair A Dice!
Perfectly located, fully furnished three bedroom home just 5 minutes from world famous Jobos beach and 8 minutes from BQN airport!
Large, fully equipped kitchen with quality knives and cookware make cooking fun again! The spacious area and multiple seating options are perfect for entertaining with table settings for 6-8 comfortably.
Comfy living room with big deep couches and a 65 inch smart TV. There's also a large ceiling fan to keep things cool and the fastest internet available in the area!
Each bedroom has its own brand new A/C and high power ceiling fan. All beds feature new 10 inch memory foam mattresses with 600 thread count sheets and light comforters. Lots of storage under the beds for luggage or personal items. Two of the bedrooms also have workstation's in them.
Large nicely equipped bathroom with plenty of towels, hand towels and wash rags. There's also a first aid kit on hand in case of emergencies.
Great neighborhood with several restaurants, bakeries, a post office and a convenience store just steps from the house! There's also a police station, a seniors center and two different churches on the block and schools are close too!
Also right here in the neighborhood Lockheed Martin and Hewlett Packard are within walking distance. There’s a Walmart 6 miles from the house. Downtown Aguadilla, Aguadilla Mall, Las Cascadas Waterpark, Crash Boat beach, all less than a ten minute drive!
Very safe neighborhood where everyone watches out for one another. One other thing I like about the house, NO stairs! One step entry, forget about hauling groceries up a flight of stairs. Believe me, hauling groceries up to the can be a drag!
I live in the upstairs unit with my two dogs Axle and Whiskey. So you'll also have immediate help if there is a maintenance issue 24/7. Axle and Whiskey like to think of themselves as the welcome crew! Axle is a service dog, while his little brother Whiskey is a little more focused on the joys of puppy-hood! We like to think we make for excellent friends and neighbors! Having lived in the area for years, I can also offer some great recommendations while you’re here!
I also offer personal guide services for visitors to the island.

While I’m new to VRBO, I’ve been hosting travelers for more than 5 years with a super host status and a home that’s a guest favorite for Northwest Puerto Rico.
You’ll frequently find me surfing, fishing and spearfishing, snorkeling, kayaking or paddle boarding when I’m not tending to my guests needs or providing personal tours.

I’d say that would have to be myself and my dogs! We are quite the motley crew of characters. We also provide the benefit of having on-site building hosts in the case of an emergency. We can offer tips and insights on the best things to do in the area.
While both of
My dogs have very sweet dispositions, but with their stature they add peace of mind from the security the dogs offer in deterring would be bad actors. Axle weighs in at over 100 pounds & his little brother Whiskey who’s only just had his first birthday is over 60 pounds!… and every ounce is filled with love!
They really are co-hosts for the property too and love to meet and interact with guests.
It’s not uncommon for my guests to invite the dogs in the home with them… watching a movie, hoping for treats and belly rubs.
They really enjoy their respective jobs as both host… and a mascot of sorts!
