SWIMMING POOL:
▶︎Pool Heat: $300 Weekly/$50 Per Day (Must be for entire stay)

As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

BACKYARD
-The fully fenced backyard features a huge saltwater pool and hot tub with a covered patio with an outdoor TV, mini fridge and comfy seating. There is also an outdoor dining table, pergola, putting green and a BBQ grill.

PARKING:
▶︎Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

★For our little travelers, we provide a Pack-n-Play & High Chair.

★Beach Gear: We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.


★★SPRING BREAK - We do not rent to college students. The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property the entire stay or you will be asked to leave without a refund.★★

★Due to our cleaner's schedule and the popularity of the home, we are typically unable to accommodate any early check-in's or late check-out's.
