Sunset Beach –

Stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bath Miramar Beach vacation rental! Found on the east end of Scenic gulf drive (Miramar beach FL) Sunset Beach is within walking distance of the Silver Sands Factory outlet mall for all your shopping and dining needs! In addition to the outlet mall one can walk to a Winn-Dixie grocery store, Buster Bar and Grill Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream shop and Countless locally owned and operated surf shops! Another great feature of the area is the Sandestin Resort – most notably the Baytowne wharf! Baytowne offers all sorts of boutique shopping, one of a kind dining and activity centers and obstacle courses for the kids! Of course the most important part of Sunset Beach’s location is proximity to the beach! The home sits on Norwood Drive, south of Scenic gulf drive. There are no roads to cross on the way to your beach access (Norwood drive dead ends at the beach, so traffic is minimal if anything!)

Ground Level –
Walk in to a spacious living room with large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Just to your right you will find the first queen suite with walk in closet and full bathroom (Jack n Jill bath connects with Living room)This level also has a full laundry room by the staircase. Just beyond the living room you will find an upscale kitchen complete with everything you will need to cook that big family dinner! The kitchen has bar seating for 4. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with a large table and seating for 8. Out the back door is your privacy fenced back yard complete with full size private pool! This pool can be heated in the winter if needed for an additional fee.

Second Floor –
Queen Suite with full bath and gulf view balcony! This bathroom has jack n Jill entry from the bunk room which has two sets of double/twin bunks. The second Floor king master suite has its own luxurious bathroom and private balcony with gulf/pool views.

Third floor –
The Third level is the king’s quarters! The entire floor is taken up by another master suite with full luxurious bathroom and private gulf view balcony!

Miramar Beach family vacation

We aged from 10 to 79 and all had a great time . The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us .The pool was great for all to enjoy and there was plenty of activities for us to enjoy with in walking distance. Great place to stay.

Great location

Great location but had roaches in the kitchen cabinets. We contacted the property manager and they came to spray while we were there but it still didn’t kill the roaches. Upstairs was very clean and sheets and bedding were all clean.

Beautiful!

Everything about this home is excellent. We love that we didn’t have to cross any streets to get to the beautiful white sand beach. The home had plenty of space for our group of 9. It was clean and well stocked. The location is convenient to shopping and dining without feeling like you are in a much more crowded area. The pool was great after a day in the sun. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy.

Recommended

The house was conveniently only yards away from the beach, and walking distance to numerous shopping opportunities. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the staff was very responsive, as needed. The various levels, balconies, and the outdoor spaces provide plenty of room to spread out, but still be together. I’d recommend increasing the frequency of the pool cleanings, as it appeared to be overdue. It was very nice having a television in the backyard, but it was too small to see from the pool area and the remote could not be found. The staff was kind enough to deliver a universal remote expeditiously, but it would only allow us to turn the tv on/off, not turn the channel. Overall, I would rent here again!

Great location

This house was perfect for us as far as location and set up. We traveled with 5 adults and two kids and we had ample space. The pool in the backyard was great to have and tree proximity to the beach is great. However, the house did not seem very clean upon arrival. Our feet were black from walking around barefoot within a matter or an hour. The manager offered to have the floors recleaned but we declined thinking the second try likely wouldn't be any better. We also had some high winds that blew a lot of junk in the pool. We requested to have the pool cleaned so we could use it and we never had anyone show up to remove the debris.

Great house for a group, literally a 1 minute walk to the beach!

There were 6 of us in the house, 4 adults, two kids (2 years old and 9 months old). We all had plenty of privacy and there were lots of spots to hang out at the house while the kids nap. The beach was literally a minute walk, ideal for families that have a lot of stuff to haul down to the beach. We were in walking distance of plenty of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. It was a ten minute drive to get to a ton of other restaurants and activities. The house was clean, in great shape and had a great outdoor space with a grill. It was pretty kid friendly for our little ones but the stairs could be a safety issue for kiddos who like to climb.

Great location

We loved this place. It was clean. Comfy beds. Stocked kitchen. The location to ocean was a perfect short walk without all the stairs. The heated (paid extra) private pool was perfect for the little ones, especially during spring break. We all agreed it would be the same place we would rent from for our future family trips. The smart TV was a lifesaver for the little ones too. The property manager was able to get us in earlier than the 4pm check in which was also amazing. The location was perfect for walks to shopping, grocery, and restaurants and coffee shops. I'm already planning our summer vacation and I'm hopeful to book this again. If not this summer, this most definitely is our go to for spring break every year with the kids!

Two family fun!

Sunset Beach was a great stay! 4 adults, 3 teens and 8 year old enjoyed relaxing back yard and warm pool. Beach is about a minute walk away. Great bedrooms! Living room, was a little smaller than we expected but overall a great!

Family Christmas vacation

A few things weren't the same as the listing shown. The pool wasn't heated the first day but ocean reef took care of it A few things had to be done but ocean reef is on top of things. Location was great for everyone. Had a great stay. Would come back

Excellent location and room for all.

Property management staff were exceptional. Had a couple of issues but were taken care of in the hour. Would expect issues on a 24x7 property. Close to shopping, food, alcohol and cloths. House was large enough for our family reunion with kids and grandkids. Beach is close to the house. Backyard is awsome. Pool, bar, TV and table to seat eight. Looks like we'll be back next year.

Loved the proximity of the property to the beach, house set up was convenient for all of us.

The pictures online don't do this property justice. Nice, cozy, very roomy house. It was spacious enough for 15 people. Loved the pool which we had heated. The outdoor grill area was great to have.Close proximity to the beach was a plus for us. The house is close to shopping and restaurants.

We would stay with Ocean Reef Properties Again!

This house could have used a deep cleaning, and we had to have several things fixed while we were there. However, the home was nice, back yard was great, and Ocean Reef Properties made it right when taking care of the issues with the home. Plenty of stocked dishes, cornhole boards for game in the back yard, and we had to fill the gas tank in the grill in the back yard when we got there. Things happen, we would stay again.

Fantastic house for a week of fun!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family to celebrate a birthday week! Ample room for 3 families with 6 kids total. The pool was hit, it was great to be able to walk down a quiet side street to the amazing beach, and the convenience to grocery stores, shops, etc was amazing. Plenty of room to park on-site for 3 vehicles. Great place for a vacation. We would definitely return!
