Este condominio ofrece todas las comodidades para una relajante visita a las Montañas Humeantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen. El baño principal como un paso en la ducha y una gran bañera de hidromasaje. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada ofrece electrodomésticos de tamaño completo incluyendo un lavavajillas y microondas. The location was perfect for hiking the Gatlinburg Trailhead - could not be closer. I also loved that it was walking distance to the main strip and overlooking the river. I also really appreciated the washer and dryer. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there wasn't any shampoo/conditioner and some of the towels were stained/dirty, as well as the fact that people were smoking in the hall outside our unit at night and I could smell it while in bed. Overall, a decent experience and exactly as advertised in photos.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place Condominiums in Gatlinburg from May 15–17, 2026. The condo was extremely spacious, very clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. One of our favorite features was the balcony overlooking the river, which was a perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings.The location was excellent. We were able to easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg for shopping, restaurants, and attractions, while also being just a short walk from the trailhead for the Gatlinburg Trail. That easy 4 mile round trip hike into the Smokies was a highlight of our trip.Overall, this was a great combination of comfort, scenery, and convenience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We love staying here because of the location, the view and sound of the water , the ease of booking and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We had a great time during our stay. The first 2 times we stayed here I had no complaints at all. I only have one complaint this time and it’s about the carpet in this particular room. There were several bad stains on the carpet that looked like where a dog had peed. The carpet in this unit needs to be cleaned better and if the stains cannot be removed it needs to be replaced.

This stay we had a problem / inconvenience with other guest smoking weed on the balcony. We like to sit outside on the balcony before bed and listen to the river and it was almost impossible to do so for the smell of cigarette and weed smoke. This has never happened before and I'm not sure what the solution would be as I feel this will be a growing issue in the future. I know they have a no smoking policy inside the units. Other than that, we had a great stay as always.

Reviewer Comments: For the most part we had a great experience, there were a few minor issues but they took care of them for us and made it right. These condos are so in need of updating, new beds,bedding,mattress as the current beds are clean but very uncomfortable. But as far as location this place has it, the view is great. Just some major updating needs to happen, it would make it a different place. We will be back for sure you just cannot beat how close but yet away it is from the main drag of Gatlinburg. Thanks

Loved the balcony facing the relaxing to listen to. It is located at the very end of the main strip and was easy to navigate to if you took the Gatlinburg bypass. Lots of activities in walking distance. We were happy overall.

We loved being close enough to town to walk and not need to fight the traffic! Can't want to go back to Gatlinburg and stay at Park Place!! Highly recommend!
