They are close to the “action” of town but still secluded with a wonderful brook flowing outside of the apartment. Plenty of room for family and a kitchen to prepare a little or a lot whenever the mood hits.

Awesome location and clean condo! Walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. My only complaint is there was very little toiletries provided, so we had to buy soap, toilet paper, and shampoo on the first day. That would have been fine if I knew ahead of time.

Great location, nice setup for a large family.

We rented this property for spring break with our family and we were extremely happy. The setup worked well for a large group of 8 and the location was fantastic for going into the park without hitting traffic. It’s close enough to downtown to walk to most attractions, yet far enough away to miss the noise of the main streets. The on-site management was great to work with throughout our stay.

We stayed at the condo instead of getting a hotel as we were in town for almost a week. Everything was great! The view and size of the balcony were lovely. The rooms were spacious and it the perfect size for our party of 6.

Fun Family Christmas

Quaint condo that was exactly as it appeared in the photos. We had 9 adults and 1 child. Everyone was comfortable the entire time. Kitchen is nicely equipped to serve 10. Great location. Loved the balcony overlooking the water. Close enough to the strip to walk. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Property exactly as described!

Our group consisted of grandparents plus a family of four children ranging in age from 11 to 20. The property is clean well equipped and perfect for a group such as ours. My husband uses a walker and the accessibility for him was terrific. You’re close to every activity in Gatlinburg plus you’re secluded from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We loved being close to the park entrance. Accessibility to restaurants was great. The mountain stream just outside the balcony was lovely. Great weekend.

Last Minute Getaway!

Found Park Place Condos & they had what I was looking for so we booked. Arrived after 5pm to find there was an envelope with a key & info. Our room was clean, huge and exactly as described. Our whole party had a wonderful stay & look forward to returning very soon. Only down side is the loft area gets hot but it wasn’t too bad once the ceiling fan was on. Overall the staff was friendly & helpful as well as the property was convenient to downtown strip, affordable and clean. We will stay again!!!!

Home away from home retreat

Reviewer Comments: we rented side by side units for our large family gathering and thank goodness this was one. We mostly gathered in this unit because the other one did not have many of the things needed to accommodate a group. It rained most of the time we were there so we cooked and played games out of the closet. It is nice to have a laundry that works and enough utensils to stir a pot of beans or a spatula to flip pancakes. The next door unit had none of this and other things that were in disrepair. Thanks to your lovely unit our family gathering was a great time.

Perfect Place for a Large Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy with our decision to stay here. The location was safe and quiet but right around the corner from the main strip of Gatlinburg and an easy walk. It was wonderful having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Since we were there for almost a full week the laundry room was a big help. Our only two complaints were the three main beds really need a mattress upgrade or a nice, thick memory foam on the three big beds - not comfortable beds at all. The other complaint was the fireplace wouldn't work unless we wanted to call the office each time we wanted to use it. Not a complaint but the vacuum cleaner was also broken and needs fixed. We enjoyed the comfortable living room and the shelf full of games in the closet, as well as the sound of the creek when we left open the sliding glass doors. New mattresses and better pillows to go along with it would be a wonderful improvement to a great place! It is older but seemed to be well maintained and it was clean.
