• Boat Rentals: Open from the 2nd week of June through October 15th.
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through April).
Amenity passes are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above:
Daily pass: weekdays $8 per day per person
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10 per day per person
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week per person
Holiday week: $50 per week per person
Family-Friendly Features:
No Age Limit for Youngest Guests: Families with little ones, rejoice! Kids under 2 years old do not count towards the maximum occupancy of 9 people, allowing space for families of up to 12.

This 2,600 sq. ft. home features 4 spacious bedrooms with a variety of bed options, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Perfect for families and groups looking to relax and unwind!
-Middle floor: Bedroom #1 has two twin beds, bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed with a twin mattress pull-out,
-Downstairs, ground level: bedroom #3 has bunk beds with an additional under-bed twin pull-out for the kids, bedroom #4 has a single twin bed that offers privacy and convenience.
-Top floor: The big hit of the home is the private master loft suite that boasts a California King bed. Note: The loft is an open space on the top floor and does not have a bedroom door or bathroom on that floor, see photos for reference.
Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with mini-split air conditioning and heat units on all three floors. There are individual baseboards in each room for heat.
*There is no air conditioning in the individual bedrooms.
Modern Amenities:
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. A complete home water filtration system ensures fresh water, and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

50” Smart TV in the main floor living area
Game Room:
Keep the fun going with air hockey, foosball, the 75" TV, and a chess table right in front of the fireplace.

Community Registration Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 days before check-in. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $30 change fee may apply. Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.
*Early check-in and late checkout can be accommodated based on availability. Please request in advance—additional fees may apply.
Parking: There is parking available for up to 5 vehicles.
NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway.
