The Big Bass Lake community is filled with fun for all ages! During the summer months enjoy all that Big Bass Lake has to offer including:

Kindly note, guests must purchase Amenity Passes on-site. Pricing is as follows (children 6 and under are free):

- Daily Pass - $8 (weekday, non-holiday) / $10 (weekend or holiday) per person.
- Weekly Pass - $30 (non-holiday) / $50 (holiday week) per person.

USE RESTRICTIONS:
- Community clubhouse, outdoor pool close after Labor Day. Beach and lake access for swimming and fishing is permitted until October 15. Community kayak rentals end after Labor Day.

- Please note, the indoor pool is not open to guests.

- Please note, pets are not allowed in community amenities. Service animals permitted.


The home includes sleeping arrangements for 12 people across 5 bedrooms with individually controlled air-conditioning and heating and 3 full bathrooms.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

All bedrooms come with Fresh White Linens, Alarm Clock, Mirror, Luggage Rack, Storage Dresser, and Closet. Each bedroom also has its own Air Conditioning Unit, Ceiling Fan, And Individually Controlled Baseboard Heating.

All bathrooms have been renovated with Tile Flooring, Delta Shower Heads, Vanities, And Mirrors. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

→ MAXIMUM GUESTS & VISITORS: 12 overnight guests maximum are allowed and must be pre-registered. Visitors are NOT permitted by the community.

→ GUEST REGISTRATION & WAIVER: It is required to register ALL guests staying in the house for your booking. All guests are required to complete the Guest Registration via external app at least 3 days before booking. Any registration not complete 3 days in advance or bookings confirmed less than 3 days may incur additional $50 fee per community rules. Any name changes made to the Guest Registration prior to arrival may incur $15 change fee per community rules. No changes allowed after first guest arrives to the community. Please reach out with specific questions. Vehicle License Plate & Driver’s License and Contact Information must be provided for all guests upon arrival to the gated community.

→ PETS: Please note while the house is pet friendly, the community requires pets to be on a leash at all times waking throughout the community. Pets other than service animals are not permitted in the community amenities and facilities.

→ HOUSE ENTRY: Door Code to be provided prior to check-in.

→ FIREPLACE & FIREPIT: Indoor fireplace is solely decorative and not for personal use. Please use the outdoor fire pit.
