This condo is in the iconic Newmark Tower, a luxury residential high-rise at 2nd Avenue and Pike Street in the heart of downtown. What was once a JCPenney department store has since been renovated into a 24-story condo building with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, business center, concierge service, and parking garage. When you're ready to get out and explore, you'll be a matter of steps from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Symphony, the Seattle Art Museum, and world-class dining and shopping.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a rear wall of glass that frames the bay and cityscape and lets in an abundance of sunlight. Peer through the telescope to watch for bald eagles or step out onto the balcony to bask in the sea breeze.

Every need is accounted for here, including a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a separate dining room, and a smart TV and shelves of books for your evening entertainment. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
