Fully Remodeled in 2024. This is the quintessential 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach cottage. The cottage is situated under a canopy of majestic oak trees and offers beautiful views of Tarpon Pond and the 16th hole of the Ocean Winds golf course from the gorgeous sunroom and private deck.
Location matters and 533 Cobby Creek Lane is in the heart of the quiet enclave Tarpon Pond neighborhood only a short 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the beach, Seabrook Island Club, Golf, and the Beach Club.
The cottage offers an open first floor plan with a great room with a vaulted ceiling, 65” flatscreen TV with a Sonos soundbar, a sunroom with spectacular views, a contemporary galley kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, surfaces, and amenities, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have king beds and flatscreen TVs, with the master bedroom enjoying its own private and newly finished bath while bedroom 2 guests have access to the second fully remodeled full bath.
The second floor entails a spacious loft complete with 2 twin beds, each with matching trundles that expand sleeping capacity. Second floor guests have their own tastesfully appointed full bath that also houses the brand-new washer/dryer. This is a unique space that guests with children rave about.
Other special living spaces guests enjoy include a nice deck overlooking Cobby Creek Lane and a patio space located on the ground level complete with an outdoor sectional couch with tranquil views of Tarpon Pond and the Ocean Winds golf course.
• BEACH: 0.6 miles away (a short 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive). At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use. • CLUB AMENITIES: Optional access to the Seabrook Island Club. • POOL: Access to the Seabrook Lakehouse outdoor pool is included. Optional access to the Beach Club pools is available via amenity cards. • OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Carport and driveway parking are available. • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles, gas-powered and electric, are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the 2-vehicle total. • CHILDREN: Welcome. The second-floor loft with trundles is a favorite for families. • PET POLICY: Dogs welcome at this property. A $200 pet fee applies. • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000539. • ADDITIONAL INFO: High-speed Wi-Fi and 3 flatscreen TVs with Roku are provided. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are also included with this property.
• WASHER & DRYER: A brand-new washer and dryer are located in the second-floor bathroom for your convenience. Should you require wash-and-fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER & KITCHEN: A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, glassware, dishware, utensils, and cookware are on site for all your hosting and cooking needs.
• GRILL: A Blackstone propane grill is located on site for casual outdoor cooking.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards are available and offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club pools, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. They are $55 a day for your family. Guests also always have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Note: The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a gate pass and count as a vehicle. This property has a strict maximum of 2 vehicle passes that can be issued.
• CHECK IN: Sandpiper provides self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

Delightful stay
My son, I and his friend enjoyed this Cobby Creek cottage with a view of golf course. It was perfect for the three of us and our two dogs. We really enjoyed the sunroom. The circular neighborhood is perfect for bike riding with the kids. We enjoyed horseback riding at the equestrian center and shopping in Fresh Fields. Loved the separate living area upstairs for teens to hang out.
