As you enter, you're greeted by an airy ambiance complemented by natural light pouring in from the windows. The cozy living area is perfect for family gatherings, featuring a Smart TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. For your morning routine, the kitchen features both a Keurig single-serve option and a standard coffee pot. The kitchen is well stocked and ideal for staying in after a relaxing day at the beach or a day of sightseeing in Charleston. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or gathering around the dining table, this space is ideal for creating lasting memories.

The beautiful porch off the living area is an additional place to relax. The many windows offer abundant natural light and an abundance of wildlife sightings. Watch the deer, blue heron, owls, turtles, and much more under the ancient oaks and lush vegetation.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed with a new mattress, a TV, and an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom offers a comfy queen bed. The loft bedroom is a third bedroom with an additional king bed and queen bed.

Step outside to enjoy the lovely outdoor features, including a private yard and patio, where you can bask in the sun or dine al fresco amidst the beautiful surroundings. The shared swimming pools add a splash of fun, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring!

This home is comfortably outfitted with air conditioning, central heating, and enhanced cleaning practices to ensure your stay is both relaxing and safe. Additional amenities include high-speed internet access, a washer and dryer, and recreational facilities nearby, including golf courses and water sports.

• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles, gas-powered and electric, are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the total vehicle gate pass limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: $69 Non-Refundable Fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens (including sheets for the sofa bed) and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

• WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island Amenity Cards are included with your rental at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). Guests have full access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools, club dining, golf, tennis, the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball, and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a gate pass. A $40 charge applies if you are staying 1 night–179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary.

• CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would want for our own vacation, we offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. We remain committed to your vacation experience. Want recommendations for bike rentals, golf carts, or a personal chef? From our welcome guide, to detailed area info, to continuous team support, we work to help you create the stay you want.

• CLEANING: Our housing staff, detailed and methodical housekeepers, are trained to use the best cleaning and hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. Whether you seek the sea, recreation, wildlife, history, shopping, dining, or a spa day, there is something for everyone.

• DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 of coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, was clean, and everything was in working order. Nice location between beaches/pool and lake house! Very nice to have amenity cards included in the stay!
