Centrally located within the desired Turnagain area, this beautifully remodeled unit is 5-10 minutes from downtown, airport, restaurants, shopping and coastal trail access. This 2 bedroom • 1 bath downstairs unit has its own private entrance + two dedicated driveway spaces. In the summer months the back yard is filled with fresh raspberries, and we also get frequent visits from moose throughout the year.
This home is nestled within a quiet but family friendly neighborhood, walking distance to the beautiful Seppala Park. Home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Keurig + drip coffee maker with pods, Memory foam Queen mattress in master, Twin + trundle in bedroom 2, Brand new deep bathtub (perfect for those bubble baths!), Smart TVs in each room, WiFi, Netflix, all utilities, trash service and private washer & dryer. Minimum 1 month stays only. **Amenities will likely need to be resupplied by guest for stays longer than 1 month.

This unit is located on the lower level of a duplex. Private entrance is located on the back right side of the property. Upstairs unit is occupied via short term rental.

All utilities, trash service, snow removal, wifi & Netflix are included.
This is a no smoking unit. Due to host sensitivity, a fine of $500 will be incurred for violating this rule.
We are NOT a pet friendly unit. Please keep your fur babes at home.
Shed is for host access only and off limits to guests—-> if you have an item in particular you need stored, please touch base to see if we can accommodate.
Our upstairs unit is a by night short term rental. Historically we have had fantastic quiet guests but you may occasionally hear footsteps from this upper unit.
For yours and our safety, we do have security cameras installed around the exterior of the house. Cameras record video and audio when movement is picked up- we only access this in the case of an emergency or need be circumstance.
