Haga recuerdos que durarán toda la vida en Boardwalk 581. Situado en el quinto piso del paseo marítimo de Gulf Shores, este alquiler de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Disfrute de hermosas vistas desde el balcón privado del frente del golfo. Cuando sea hora de relajarse después de un largo día en la playa, descanse en la acogedora sala de estar bellamente decorada en la costa d?cor. Prepare un plato tradicional de mariscos en la cocina totalmente equipada que tiene capacidad para 3 en el mostrador de desayuno y un área de comedor con capacidad para 4.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y acceso al balcón frontal del golfo. El baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y comparte un baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha con el tercer dormitorio que tiene 2 camas individuales.

Este complejo de 70 unidades se encuentra en el corazón de tiendas, atracciones, entretenimiento y restaurantes, incluido el famoso restaurante Sea-n-Suds en el lugar. Mientras está al aire libre, disfrute de la piscina del lado del golfo, la terraza y el área de barbacoa.

Alquileres mensuales disponibles desde noviembre hasta el 1 de marzo. Aparcamiento gratuito - 2 coches máximo. La piscina al aire libre se calienta a mediados de septiembre-octubre y marzo-abril solamente. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores y no se permiten mascotas. Debe tener 21 años de edad para alquilar.

We had a great experience! Great location right on the beach! Amazing views from the balcony. Easy check in/ check out. Saw some reviews about water pressure, etc. I would say if you stayed at many places on the beach you know that is always a challenge but we had five people and it was not an issue at all. Having a washer/dryer was great. Close to just about everything.

Gulf shores

The condo was a little dated and the beds were not comfortable but it was close to everything and the beach was nice. It suited our needs and was worth the money we paid versus what we would have paid for a nicer condo

Dirty property, not worth the money spent

The location of the property was great. Easy to park, great access to the beach and pool was okay, could have been larger. The condo itself was VERY dirty, and Young's SunCoast DID NOT follow through on what they promised. My husband and I treated my parents to this vacation and my mom and I spend way too much of our vacation time cleaning the unit so we were comfortable enough to sleep there. The walls were covered in dust and webs, the floors dirty enough that we all wore sandals as we couldn't go barefoot. The bathrooms were also full of dust and dirty. Upon arrival, there was a lady sitting in the recliner eating something. She definitely startled my daughter and I as we open the door and walked in. She said she was doing a final walk through---was VERY odd. In addition, we had an infestation of ants in the kitchen and master bedroom (of a 5th floor condo?) that we found the first full day. Once notified, the property management group sent an exterminator which helped in the kitchen but they continued to appear in the master bedroom. There is too much furniture in the condo for it's size and the beds are in need of replacement. I would NEVER rent from SunCoast again.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean. Master bedroom outside door not sealed well, had to keep it shut and locked (hot air would blow through if not). Minimal bathroom counter space. But overall, great condo. Management super helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Great condo

Very clean - well maintained- convenient to much around Gulf Shores. Check in and out incredibly convenient. We will stay here again.

Not So Updated.... But on the Beach

We have spent many nights at VRBO homes and this by far was the worst. The positives include the balcony and the proximity to the beach.The home smelled "old", lots of updating needs to take place.... multiple layers of paint on the walls, master bedding was not clean and we had to use a blanket from the closet. Master bathroom has lots of scum build up around the bottom of the shower... just yucky. Our family is not very picky but this was pretty rough. If possible, stay elsewhere.
