I was very disappointed overall with this property. We had to reach out twice to management on the way down to get door code and info on checking in. The unit was very dirty. The fridge smelled like fish, the bathrooms were disgusting- hair and brown/black splatter on the walls. Dust was at least an inch thick. There were greasy hand prints all over the living room windows and master bedroom window. The guest shower didn’t even have a shower curtain- just a plastic liner. The kitchen drawers were dirty, with food and gunk on the silverware holder. There was a wash rag by the kitchen sink and it had hair all in it. There also was used hand soap in the kitchen. I have stayed in many different places and this is by far the dirtiest place I’ve stayed. While looking for more wash cloths, as only 3 were in the bathrooms, I opened a closet that had dirty sheets on the floor and a broken light bulb. This is not only disgusting but a hazard. We were told by management that that was a closet for them and that it stays locked- but it definitely was not locked. Outside of cleanliness, the TV remotes did not work. We reached out to management the night we arrived and voiced these concerns. I do have to say, she was responsive. A new remote was delivered the following morning and someone did come and clean the bathrooms. Also, it stated upon booking that one parking pass would be included, it was not. I never leave negative reviews but felt I had to here. I do not recommend at all.
