This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfectly located on an extra large property, just a short 3 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of fabulous Indian Rocks Beach, guests are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, shopping and beaches the area has to offer.
Newly remodeled, upgraded and furnished, this 2-story home features over 1100 square feet of beautifully air-conditioned living space with a loft-style master suite, private deck, and ensuite. The home has been equipped with everything guests will need to make their stay extra comfortable and enjoyable, including beach umbrella, beach chairs, wagon and his & her beach cruiser bikes.
The living area is clean and spacious with a brand new outdoor deck for resting and relaxing. Centrally located in the best part of Pinellas County, you will soon discover why the region is referred to as the Sun Coast! An easy 30 minute commute to Tampa International Airport, this fabulous beach property is non-smoking.
The kitchen is fully equipped including choice of two coffee makers, (Keurig & traditional Mr. Coffee), blender, toaster, can opener, etc.

I have been visiting Florida's Gulf Coast for several years now and am thrilled to be able to share this little slice of heaven. I am a nature lover and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys travelling, hiking, golfing, paddle-boarding, biking, nature walks, and of course the beach.
In preparing this vacation home, I've worked hard to make it clean, comfortable and inviting for all those who wish to explore the area. As a dog lover and owner myself, I know how important it is to be able to share life's adventures with our furry companions which is why I chose to make this a dog-friendly property.
Indian Rocks Beach is one of the Sun Coast's best kept secrets in my opinion, and I'm so excited to share it. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.
