Conveniently located just 9 minutes from downtown Newport, 5 minutes from Second Beach and 4 minutes from Newport vineyards! 2 minutes from local coffee & bagel shops, liquor store, and restaurants.

Each bedroom features a TV, a brand new mattress, and plenty of closet space.

Upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and both downstairs bedrooms have queen sized beds. Queen pull out sofa in living room. Comfortably sleeps 7-8 people and offers a refreshing outdoor living space for your vacation with open backyard, grill and fire pit.

Kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, cookware, and Keurig.

Lovely home

This was a bright and beautifully decorated property. The kitchen was stocked with all you would need. The bedrooms were comfortable and decorated with lovely beach accents. The host Chad is so responsive and makes everything about the rental process so easy. This is a perfect rental for a young family.

Fantastic experience!

I stayed over Thanksgiving holiday to celebrate with my daughter attending school in Boston. The house was pristine, has a well stocked kitchen, thoughtfully decorated, conveniently located and Chadd was a terrific host! I will definitely stay here again, highly recommend the home!

House was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and detailed and host answered questions quickly. We had four adults over 40 years old and having the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location is awesome to get to Newport quickly for events and to do local events in Middletown and Portsmouth. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book this location again with our family. There was a grill and fire-pit but we did not have the change to use it. Definitely would recommend this house!

Review

Location was ok but on a busy road. The beds were extremely hard, the house layout was great and close to all Newport had to offer. I had to deal with the last groups garbage as they did minor put it out as directed to. Overall I it was a great vacation the house was immaculate and very well stocked.

Great experience, clean, well stocked!

Owner was great to work with and the place was so clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend you see what they supply before you go to the store. Very close to the Newport Naval Training Command (10 min) so we could easily go back and forth. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed November 6-10 so it was off season. Thanks for a great stay Chadd!

Lovely Home, Living Like a Local

Loved the space. Home was clean comfortable and very thoughtful in the details. We traveled with a little one and did not even need to bring half of what we pack because it was ready for us including a crib, high chair and even fresh sheets and towels. The yard was huge, porch in the front great for morning reading and the neighborhood was very quiet. Just down a short drive from downtown Newport, beaches, Cliff Walk, Grocery store and gym. Even worked from home a couple of days with fast internet for all of us working. Kitchen was fully equipped which was great for us cooking dinners. And finally, Chadd was excellent in communications- we felt very welcomed. We will be returning next time we are in Newport.

Goodbye Newport

My family and I stayed here while we were waiting for the school year to end and our move out completed. It was so nice to come into a fresh/bright/relaxing atmosphere in the midst of all the boxes and paperwork etc. The house was great and my kids loved having so much space. The only thing I thought might be missing was a lack of storage in the kitchen. There wasn’t really anywhere to store food for an extended stay. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again if we are in the area.

Thank you for being such a good guest and I’m happy you enjoyed your stay! Next time you stay with us, feel free to use the large hallway door-length pantry near the kitchen, it’s fairly empty, and move any items from the pantry to the basement. Also, feel free to move any appliances you’re not using out of the cabinets. Hopefully that leaves enough room to store any additional snacks in the cabinetry! Great Stay - Very Clean and Equipped - Close to Everything

My family of 6 and two pets stayed here for a week during the 4th of July holiday. The place was very clean and well equipped. While technically the house is in Middleton, were approx 1.5 miles away from both Eastons and Second Beach and also 10-15 minutes from downtown Newport, the Mansions, Fort Adams...etc.. The only negative I would give is that you are on a busy road so we always kept our dogs on a leash while outside. However, the backyard has plenty of space to run around and hang out after a long day at the beach. Chadd was very responsive, sometimes getting back to me within minutes after a question. The previous renters took the beach chairs with them, so Chadd went out of his way to buy new ones for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit Newport with your family.
