How and where do we start to describe to guests about what they can expect at this coastal beach condo in the heart of Gulf Shores? First of all, you will enjoy terrific ocean views from the large corner balcony. Our condo is well positioned to have both a great view of the beach as well as the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is perfectly positioned and perfect for night sky star gazing and daytime dolphin spotting.

Another plus about this unit is that it is on the third floor, just one floor above the second floor parking deck. If you don't want to have to use the elevator you just have one flight of stairs and you are there.

The condo is comfortably furnished and flooded with natural light from the east facing wall of windows. The bedrooms are a split design with each having an attached bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and opens on to the balcony and that gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a table with 4 chairs and there are even more stools for additional seating.

Building amenities include a weight/exercise room with recently purchased equipment, a family game room with pool table, sauna, and indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub.
