This space is a converted day chapel, making it a sunlight lover's paradise! Large windows surround the modern living space, and an updated kitchen allows an abundance of sunlight to enter!

- kitchen is equipped with new appliances and stocked with cooking essentials. We also stock extra plastic bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, cooking oils, seasonings, pots/pans, and tin foil to help cook any meal!
- bathroom with small vanity and standing shower
- extra toiletries stocked (shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton swabs, toothpaste, hand lotion, etc.)
- breakfast bar can act as a great working/dining space.
- unwind on soft furniture while watching your favorite movies or shows on the 55" Samsung TV.
- the sofa also pulls out into a full-sized bed that sleeps 2.
- 1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed that sleeps 2, and some storage for clothing or other personal items.

Parking: Street parking only. Normally, there are plenty of spaces within 1 block of the property.

**Please note this unit is attached to a larger 6-bedroom house that operates as a short-term rental unit. You will have private access via the house's side porch/driveway area. There are no shared spaces on the property.**

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 25+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by the host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
