This stylish one bedroom/one bath is located just a few minutes away from San Diego Airport. Centrally located in the heart of everything Mission Beach has to offer.



Private entryway with keyless entry. Outdoor patio seating area off the entryway.



The bright living room with ocean views has a pull out sofa couch that sleeps up to two people. Portable AC and 32 inch Smart T.V. in living room.



One bedroom/One bath

Bedroom- Queen bed. Pack N Play available upon request.



Kitchen

Full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave. Well stocked kitchen with Keurig and microwave. Coffee pods provided.



Full size washer and dryer in unit. Laundry soap provided.

Full bath stocked with the essentials including: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, hair dryer and toilet paper.



Parking outside for one vehicle. Free street parking also available.



Beach gear including: umbrellas, sand toys, surf boards and beach towels.

Miles of sandy beaches are an easy two block walk away.



Getting Around:

Boardwalks on the bay and ocean provide traffic-free walking all the way up the beach and around Mission Bay.

Public transportation one block away.

Uber is cheap and plentiful!

Coronavirus has been a worldwide concern and has affected all business including short term rentals. We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay: we bleach the floors, sheets, towels, railings, door knobs, remote controls and switches/switch plates.



Video and audio surveillance used on outside areas of property.

*There is construction in the home next door. Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. There could be loud noises, but workers are trying to be aware of noises and accommodate for vacationers.
