Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads that require cautious driving. The roads leading to the lodge are paved two-lane highways along with 1 ½ lane gravel scenic roads that may require a 4-wheel drive during inclement weather or any significant snowfall. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.

Part of the Woodland Lodge driveway is paved to make coming and going a little easier for guests.

The lodge is equipped with Frontier Internet and 4 TVs with streaming capabilities. We’ve worked to provide the best internet experience possible in our rural location. With that said, this service can sometimes be erratic and internet speeds can vary depending on network usage and satellite strength. No refunds will be issued for internet service problems.
*Driveway parking is available for 8-10 cars. The beautiful drive to the lodge is on paved and non-paved surfaces. Guests may require a 4-wheel drive vehicle during inclement weather or any significant snowfall. Otherwise, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is not needed.

*The property requires 2 steps to enter the home. Additionally, there are stairs going down to the basement, upstairs to the 2nd story bedroom, and outside the back deck.
*The tap water on this property is well water.
*Please note we Do Not provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit.
*For each booking, a nonrefundable $50 will be added for an accidental rental damage waiver fee.
*Please note that the information requested in the pre-arrival form, the signed Rental Conditions, and guest verification are all required before the property address and check-in instructions will be provided.
*Woodland Lodge is designed with an open-concept layout to encourage gathering of larger groups, connection, and shared experiences. Sound may travel more easily throughout the space, especially when the house is full.
