This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom penthouse comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, ensuring everyone has the space they need to relax and unwind. The expansive living area, with its floor-to-ceiling slidding glass doors, offers breathtaking ocean views and a perfect spot for gathering with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for gourmet meal preparation, while the private balcony provides a serene escape to enjoy stunning sunrises over the Atlantic.

With three bedrooms, all located upstairs, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom, privacy and comfort are assured for all. This home is your personal escape, offering exclusive access to the building`s private pool and tennis court, both just a short stroll from the beach.

This property is smoke-free and does not allow pets.

Great location, easy check-in process, great stay. Only note for improvement is to include beach towels for those flying in to stay.

This unit was a perfect place for our family Christmas vacation....my wife and I with five full grown adult children. The unit was extremely clean upon arrival and the management team (Doris) check on us several times throughout our stay. We have stayed at several places over the years (prior property owner family as well) at AIP and each one of my kids and wife said this was their favorite place to stay.

Thanksgiving 2024

Our annual, family Thanksgiving getaway was perfect. The weather was sunny and warm and condo had the beautiful oceanfront views and sunrises. Laily was a great host. Looking forward to visiting Amelia Island again.

Our family had an exceptional time on Amelia Island, staying at Turtle Dunes. Laily and Doris were outstanding hosts, and any time we needed assistance, or clarification, they were quick on the texts to give us links, or provide clarity. The actual unit is amazing, we loved the two levels, where people can go for some peace and quiet upstairs, while the rest played games or sat out on the deck to enjoy the unparalleled views. The extended Omni properties are beautiful, and just walking the trails or even the road gave testament to the care and meticulous groundskeeping as well. The beach was great for walking or swimming, and just general relaxing.

Great Condo!

Three couples stayed here for the GA/FL game. What we liked best is that each bedroom was suitable for a couple and each bedroom had its own attached bathroom. All the bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a half bath on the main floor. The condo is very clean and the views are awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, great location

This is a spacious property with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean! It is a great location within the property and the listing manager was very easy to work with. While it was very clean, the inside of the condo is starting to show its wear and needs some touch up (to paint, dinged corners, etc) for the price being charged. Putting this aside, it is definitely a place to consider renting if you are staying on Amelia Island!
