Esta villa de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños tiene hermosas vistas al mar y una playa privada. Disfrutará de baños bellamente decorados con duchas de azulejos, bañeras separadas y tocadores dobles que se renovaron por completo en 2016. Todas las sábanas, toallas de baño, toallas de playa, jabones y champú se suministran en todas partes.
Hay una cocina muy grande totalmente equipada y un comedor adyacente con capacidad para 12. También puede optar por comer al aire libre en la mesa en el porche cubierto.

I couldn't be happier with our stay at the Cut Pearl. The place was exactly as it shows in the pictures. No surprises. Very clean. Beautiful ocean views. The beach comes and goes with the tide. We were able to take advantage of the beach several times. Andy (owner) and Latina (local host) were available, communicative, and very responsive. Close to Forbes Hill Beach (our favorite) and Tropic of Cancer Beach. Everything you need is available. Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels, kayaks. About a 15-20 minute kayak ride to the Lazy River, but a little difficult to get the kayaks in and out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing

The cut pearl is absolutely amazing. We stayed as a family with extended family with us. It is a perfect place. No problems with the power outages due to a really reliable generator. AC kept the heat away and was comfortable to sleep in. We have stayed at several short term rentals in tropical places and this one was by far the best (and most affordable). Andy and local contact Tina were very responsive and helpful. Place is extremely safe and the views are unbeatable. Island is remote and less developed which is what we wanted. Forbes hill beach is nearby and amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Book it!

The house was great! We did not know there were stairs to get to the main level! The pictures are misleading! Over all, the house is fantastic if your looking for a beautiful view and all the amenities in the house!

Highly recommend!

My family loved this house and property! The hosts were very responsive from the moment I booked until check out. They also provide detailed suggestions for activities on the island, restaurants to eat at, grocery store, etc. The house had lots of snorkel gear, beach chairs, ice chests & beach towels to use. Also, the kitchen had every pot, pan & accessory we could need. We cooked most of the time we were there. It was windy every day we stayed there, so it blew the water up against the pier. We would’ve liked to use that beach in front of the house more, but the weather didn’t permit it. Still an amazing view!! Some of us snorkeled there also.

Beautiful Beachfront

Three of the 5 bedrooms had comfortable king beds en-suite spacious baths and ocean views with door to walk out. Perfect for our three couple group. No one felt dissed because all the rooms were awesome. The other rooms were nice too but we didn’t use them. The beach is absolutely stunning and perfect for a swim any time of day. Yes at high tide there not a lot of sand but if that’s what you’re looking for just walk a 100 yards down the beach or even furth to the perfect protected cove I called the blue lagoon. Super close to Pretty Molly and Forbes hill beach which is probably the best beach on the island. Andy was always available and super responsive with great info in advance and during our stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. The longer we stayed the more we appreciate this amazing spot.

We loved our stay at Cut Pearl. The house was fabulous for the 9 of us. It was stocked so well with anything you would need. The owner and staff were super helpful. The beach was gorgeous and the property was just great. We would defintely return!

Christmas Vacation

Beautiful location! Owner was always available with any questions or just to check in with us. It was windy during our stay, so we were unable to use the kayaks. However, it was still so beautiful to listen to the waves and take a walk down the beach. The water is so clear! Oh and the sunrises and the stars were amazing!

Perfect house!

This house is all I hoped it would be. There were 8 adults and it was plenty of room for us to spread out. It is well stocked with kitchen necessities as well as towels, washcloths, beach towels, tons of beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc. Andy was very helpful as well as Judy. Judy did our grocery shopping for us and lined up the taxi as well as rental car. Our only let down was we didn’t have a beach the whole time we stayed. It was very windy and I guess that affected the tide. We loved the location of the house and we would stay here again for sure.

Great Vacation at the Cut Pearl

### Review for Cut Pearl in Little Exuma Our stay at the Cut Pearl in Little Exuma was truly memorable. We were a group of six adults and five kids, and the house perfectly accommodated us. The owners were very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The house itself is huge, with plenty of different spaces for everyone to enjoy. It is very well-equipped, featuring multiple kayaks, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs. The kids had a blast with all the available streaming services, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to Moriah Cay and the lazy river, which we could kayak to on a non-windy day. Although the beach directly in front of the house was affected by the tides and weather, this did not dampen our spirits. We rented a van and explored many beautiful beaches, including Pretty Molly, Forbes Hill and the Tropic of Cancer. Overall, it was an amazing vacation filled with fun and adventure. The only minor downside was the limited beach access right in front of the house, but the surrounding area more than made up for it. We highly recommend the Cut Pearl for a fantastic getaway.

Wonderful house on a semi-private beach

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay here. The semi-private beach will rival any of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The house was clean and comfortable. There is a very well stocked dive room in the house with snorkel gear, kids toys, floats, coolers. The house is 25 minutes from Georgetown but wasn’t an issue As activities, we did Minns (recommended) and TT Watersports (not worth it given this house has kayaks)

Family Christmas Trip

Andy, I can’t say enough good things about him. From communication prior to arrival giving us ample information and details to checking in throughout the trip with additional insider info that he and Mrs. Loren have accumulated over their years here. The property was beyond beautiful. Described to a T. Many more kitchen amenities than we have had in many other vrbo rentals. The beach gear storage room was such a huge benefit. We took full advantage of the chairs, ice chests, masks, snorkels, life jackets, flippers, kayaks, and noodles. The mattresses were superb. Waking up in paradise and not having to loosen up these joints was a very unexpected surprise.

We Love The Cut Pearl

This was our 2nd year in a row spending the Christmas week at the Cut Pearl. The house is super nice and very spacious. Our group of 8 had lots of room and everyone loved their accommodations. The beach is amazing and the view is stunning. Andy, the owner is very accessible and helpful. We love The Cut Pearl and hope to return again soon.

The photos don't show just how much space and view this property has. It was fabulous, super-well-stocked with everything you could need or want from kayaks, floats, snorkels and coolers to sunscreen, paper towels, comfortable beds and quality sheets, a huge back porch with quality furniture and priceless view. There was no beach due to the tide while we visited which was totally fine. Water was gorgeous for swimming and snorkeling. Getting in and out of the water on rough days is a bit treacherous as you have to crawl over a few rocks (that are NOT slippery and do have good grip but still tough when waves hit), but we all swam daily. It's about 20 min to Georgetown. We cooked and ate at the house a lot and enjoyed the privacy. We rented a boat for three days so we used those days to explore all the island has to offer - stingrays, turtles, starfish, etc - and enjoyed the other days largely around this fabulous house. There was more than enough room for 8 - we could easily have added more. The power does go out very frequently and the generator came in clutch - super, super valuable! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous views, deceptive listing

This was listed as beach front and the listing photos must have been photo shopped. Getting to the water was difficult and if not at absolute low tide was dangerous. There were steps down to a boulder and jagged rock covered shoreline. I would no way call it a beach. While I found out that there was no one in before our arrival and no one coming in immediately after, we had a landscape crew onsite Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm running weedwhackers ALL DAY it seemed to be the goal of the crew was to remove every piece of anything green. Additionally, on our first night, while star gazing, we see headlights coming up the drive. I get around to the front and 2 guys are there, hood up on a mini van, using the hose on the front to add water to their radiator. I ask "can I help you?" answer "No we are good, the property manager told us it was ok to be here." REALLY ? The only real good thing to come out of "service" was one night we went to use the gas grill, the propane tank was empty, contacted manager and a replacement tank was onsite within 20 minutes. We had a major indoor flying ant infestation on our final night, gross and disgusting. On a note of caution outside and under no control of the property, the roads headed out of Georgetown leading to and in Little Exuma are extremely horrible and dangerous. There are potholes that will flip your car. If true pictures were on the listing, we would not have chosen to stay here, very deceptive.

Great stay in Little Exuma…

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The beach out back was wonderful. There are two nearby beaches which were spectacular too. We very much enjoyed this house and Little Exuma.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our time at the Cut Pearl, the house had everything we needed and more, we love and try to visit Exuma at least once a year but this was our first time staying at a property in little Exuma and we loved it! We visited different beautiful beaches but our favorite place to swim was the one in front the house, there’s not a lot of beach area during high tide and is rocky but the water was absolutely beautiful, we swam, kayaked and had a great time! The ocean view from different areas of house is absolutely breathtaking, since we’re somewhat familiar w the area we know sometimes there are power outages but the house had a generator so we didn’t have to go without it. Looking forward to stay again at the Cut Pearl in the future.

Private paradise

The Cut Pearl has every amenity you can think of. Beds and living area furniture are comfy, and plenty of deck seating. Our beach area was very private, gorgeous views, and several kayaks for us to use. We had a couple of minor issues due to heavy rains during the week, but the owners and caretaker were very responsive and arranged repair right away.

We loved everything about our stay at The Cut Pearl on Exuma. Andy, the owner, was accessible and helpful. Judy and Latina were attentive. The house was clean and in the perfect location on Little Exuma. I can’t say anything negative. It was a wonderful vacation at our favorite place!!

Loren and I fell in love with Exuma during our first visit in 2012. After 5 visits we decided we had truly found our favorite vacation spot. The Cut Pearl found us and we decided we wanted to share this piece of heaven with others.

The Cut Pearl in Little Exuma is a hidden jewel. The property sits on the most secluded and beautiful ocean spot we have ever seen. The waters of the Bahamas are so clear and beautiful in every shade of blue. The people of Exuma are so hospitable and gracious. They host people from all over the world and no one is a stranger.

The beach location is secluded and very private. The most beautiful beaches in the world are found in the Exumas. This beach is amazing and diverse with the softest sand and beautiful rock formations. The aqua blue waters will devour your thoughts and make you smile.
The property manager can arrange a private chef to prepare meals at the villa.
