Tres amplios dormitorios con camas king y baño privado, todos con vistas al mar y la arena. Casa de playa totalmente equipada en un entorno tropical, tranquilo y espectacular. Corto viaje en automóvil a restaurantes, sitios y tiendas. Conectado por puente a Gran Exuma donde se encuentra el aeropuerto. Hay un cuarto dormitorio pequeño, adecuado para niños, con dos camas individuales.

We had the most memorable stay in Exuma and at the Papaya House. The location and beach in front of the house is absolutely amazing! Great Vacation!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach was absolutely stunning—just steps away. What really made our trip special was the property manager, Onike. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Really wonderful beach house

We absolutely loved the Papaya House! It was our 4th trip to Little Exuma and have tried a number of home, Papaya House did not disappoint! Location is perfect, the beach was tranquil and private, and the house was stocked full of beach gear and everything you need to relax for a while in paradise.

Amazing Family Trip

The Papaya House was amazing. Love Beach is as beautiful as it sounds. Despite the beauty of the house, my favorite part was being able to snorkel from the beach in front of the house.

Most Beautiful Beach!!

Amazing home on beautiful Love Beach!

We had a great stay at the Papaya House! Had everything we needed and really appreciated having the generator! Onike was great while we were there and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Loved the location and the house with all the extras such as the kayaks, paddle board and floating mat! Can not wait to return to Exuma!

Best beach destination ever!

This is our second visit to Papaya House. Absolutely thrilled with the location, definitely not a place for partying and night life which we were not interested in…such a relaxing, pristine vacation to a safe and friendly small island. We have traveled over the years and visited some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and none are better than Love Beach. We will look forward to a return visit ASAP!

Sheer Beauty

This place was awesome! Can’t imagine waking up to a more beautiful view. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous week from games, to kayaks, to beach toys, etc. The owners and Onike were super helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely go back and stay at there again!!!

Amazing House and Cove

The house was beyond our expectations. Videos and pictures of the cove doesn't do justice. You have to see it in person. Host was great, always responded right away. Didn't have any issues and everything was great. Can't wait stay at this house again.

Beautiful Quiet Getaway

I booked this house with the Exuma Outpost next door for our groom and bridal villa, and it was perfect. I had 5 people at Papaya House (8 people at Exuma Outpost). It was walkable, and we have the most spectacular view! It has the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The rooms were nice and very spacious, and Onike, the house manager was available whenever we needed something. It is on Little Exuma, a bit further away from George Town, but we rented cars, purchased provisions ahead of time, and had chefs catered and dropped off food for the week. That allowed us to enjoy the property and beach as much as we can. We had a micro wedding on the island, and it was the most unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to come back.

Absolute Perfection

This house and location is perfect. The beach and water could not be more breathtaking. And a night, I think you can see every star in the galaxy. You can snorkel right out in front of the house - we brought our own gear but the house had plenty of it, as well as floats, fishing equipment, chairs, umbrellas and absolutely everything you need to fully enjoy the stay. This our third trip to the Bahamas (second to Exuma), we always pay to check one cooler and one suitcase to bring frozen foods and dry goods, essentials. Highly recommend doing that but the Exuma Outpost has a good selection to fill in the blanks but some things are pretty pricey. We loved Papaya House and hope to return soon. One of our favorite vacations ever.

Great family vacation

This was the third year we enjoyed Papaya House! It gets better each year. The house is well equipped as we enjoy cooking in most of the time! Games, DVDs, etc. All as advertised! Probably the most beautiful view and beach in the world! Our family is one grandmother, a father and mother, and an 8 year girl and 6 year old boy! All had a ball! Thank you Papaya House, owners and staff!

Perfect view and location!

We had an incredible week at Papaya House! The house is comfortable and the view cannot be beat. Little Exuma is quiet and we loved visiting Tropic of Cancer beach (and the bar at the beach became a favorite as well...) and Coco Plum Beach but the beach at the house was our favorite. The screened pavillion was the perfect place for the kids to play and we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the ocean very much. The bedrooms were very nice sizes and the showers were awesome! It was great having water toys (kayak, blow up rafts, etc.) provided. We also loved having the telescope to star gaze at night. We hope to return!

Great Home

Great Home with all the things and amenities mentioned. Only problem was the TV was hard to figure out, also only one TV in the entire home. Some issues with the water reservoir, no phone connection in the house - I asked but didn't get a straight answer. Overall great location very private, but I think they need to work on the things mentioned.

Beautiful

This house is amazing. The house is very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Very clean and very comfortable. The veiw from every room is breathtaking. The private beach is so amazing. With three rooms with all full baths and king size beds the house would easily accommodate three couples. King size beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were top notch also. The location is remote and privet yet very safe. Get a rental car and everything is easily accessible. You have everything thing you need to cook at home or your close enough to eat out. You won't be disappointed!

Beyond our dreams

The Papaya House was everything we hoped for in a beach house/villa. All three King bedroom suites had views of the ocean, so the six of us were very happy. The beach was beautiful and private; pictures don't do justice to the scenery. We had quick and efficient communication with Jackie (owner) and on site assistance from John and Onike. Any questions were answered and all needs were met. We enjoyed boat tours to Thunderball grotto for snorkeling and Sandy Key to wander the beach. Santana's and Tropic Breeze were fantastic restaurants. We are have having food withdrawal without our daily lobster or seafood. We would recommend this location to friends and family.

The most spectacular setting and beach we'd ever seen, and the house was modern, well decorated and well equipped.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Great combination of beach and sun with places to sit in the shade and just watch the water. Upstairs balcony off the bedrooms with rocking chairs is just about the best place to read in the world.

There are two double kayaks, a screened in Cabana and full sized laundry machines, as well as lots of water toys.
