This 2bd/2ba oceanfront condo, located in the Arcadian Dunes area, has everything needed for the perfect beach retreat. Enjoy the private oceanfront balcony, awesome sights and tranquil sounds. Enjoys all the comforts of home with the fully equipped kitchen along with a TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Unit comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Arcadian II is located in the Arcadian Dunes area. Although this building is close to many restaurants, attractions & shopping, you'll enjoy the privacy of this secure & private resort. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, gazebo, lighted tennis court, free parking, free Wi-Fi, elevator, a BBQ grill & picnic area, coin operated laundry onsite, covered parking & onsite security. This property is also within walking distance of the Apache Pier, which is great for fishing.

Our family has been staying at the Arcadian II for many years in various condo units. We love the views from any of the floors! Unit 11E was clean and bright and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and in the recliners listening to the ocean waves. A few things to note: there is a musty smell throughout the condo. We saw another review stating this so we brought some air fresheners. The outlets and the wall switches are very tricky. For example, our first night there, we plugged our cell phones into an outlet and then turned off the light switch on the wall to go to bed in the 2nd bedroom. It turns out our cell phones were dead in the morning because the wall switch works every outlet in the room apparently. The same goes for the living room, so just an FYI. The mirrors need replaced in both of the bathrooms as there are a lot of black markings on both. We couldn't use the bathroom located by the pool because the rental agency gave us the wrong code and when we called to inquire, they didn't know what the code was and never got back to us. Lastly, it would be a nice touch if you would leave your renters a nice roll of toilet paper or two. We had about 1 half roll in each bathroom when we arrived for our 6 night stay. Overall, we had a nice week in Myrtle.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, pool, grounds were beautiful. Balcony was spacious and view was amazing. Kitchen was brand new and well equipped. When we tired of balcony, leather lounge chairs were super comfortable!However, there was a strong, musty odor that after 7 days, never dissipated. Bathrooms, woodwork were very dirty. Condo needs a deep clean.The Wi-Fi did not work for 6 of the 7 days, nor did phone data. Although there were aspects we were unhappy with,we enjoyed our stay.

The view of the beach from the condo balcony was all we needed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a condo in North Myrtle Beach. The building sat on the beach, the property description was accurate, property was clean and inviting. It was easy to make reservations over the internet with Home to Go. We arrived at 5 PM, to late to sign in with North Beach Reality, however they had a system set up so that we could get the keys head to the condo. The next day we returned to the realtor to sign in. Everyone at North Beach could not have been nicer. Easy to work with, addressed any and all questions and concerns. We enjoyed the view and balcony in the mornings, drinking our coffee, the beach or pool in the afternoon, we did lots of "tourist things" in the evenings. Eat at some small local restaurants as well as some well know spots (Paula Deen's Kitchen, House of Blues, etc.). It was a wonderful vacation, I would return tomorrow if it was possible.
