This 2bd/2ba oceanfront condo, located in the Arcadian Dunes area, has everything needed for the perfect beach retreat. Enjoy the private oceanfront balcony, awesome sights and tranquil sounds. Enjoys all the comforts of home with the fully equipped kitchen along with a TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Unit comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 king in the master bedroom & 1 king in the 2nd bedroom.

Arcadian II is located in the Arcadian Dunes area. Although this building is close to many restaurants, attractions & shopping, you'll enjoy the privacy of this secure & private resort. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, gazebo, lighted tennis court, free parking, free Wi-Fi, elevator, a BBQ grill & picnic area, coin operated laundry onsite, covered parking & onsite security. This property is also within walking distance of the Apache Pier, which is great for fishing.

The vacation rental was clean and the location is great. I would recommend to install a keypad lock so you don't have to drive back to the Management office to drop the keys off.

Loved our stay

Beautiful condo and ocean front view. Lovely accommodations, AC was excellent, showers were great. All the kitchen supplies we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location too!

Golf Getaway

Very convenient location for golf courses closer to the ocean. Lots of dinner options in the area. Preferred this North MB location to the central Hotel area. Beach is beautiful

Great trip

The condo was beautiful and location was great! The only issue was that the ac in the bedroom on the beach side did not work well. It was really stuffy in there every night!

Been a few years since we have had a vacation so I was searching for place that offered peace and quiet. This condo delivered could not hear neighbors was CLEAN and had 24 hour security. To have a vacation that with my health conditions I could set in living room and watch from the big open view glass door made the difference in our visit, the balcony with our door furniture was comfortable and was taken advantage of by my husband and I. All in all we will be back to stay here!

Great Vacation Rental

The condo was great just like it was advertised. Very clean and in a very secure setting. Close to everything you need shopping, fine dining and all the other attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. Check in was a breeze and all the information was given to us at check in. We would definitely stay again and thanks for everything.

Great Stay

This condo is great. Decorated beautifully. Only thing I would mention is that master bedroom was a little warm. We mentioned this to the rental property and they advised they would have it looked at.

Perfect Girls Trip!

This condo was exactly as pictured and we appreciated the quiet location. Everyone we interacted with was lovely - from other vacationers staying in the complex, condo residents, security, and the realty/management company. Our only suggestion might be to have a few board games or cards available for guests. Truly, a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Myrtle Beach!

Favorite Beach Destination

Except for the construction noise in the adjacent condo, lack of mirrors in bedrooms, and dim lighting in the bathrooms, this was a very comfortable and well appointed unit at our favorite beach destination.

Perfect Vacation!!!

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay in this lovely 3rd floor condo. Everything was in good working order and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal. The unit is beautifully decorated. The master king mattress was wonderfully comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean front vew and the sound of the ocean from the balcony, the open living/dining/kitchen and the master bedroom. The building is conveniently located and is in a quiet section of the beach. We want to thank the owners for sharing this lovely place with us and we hope to stay again in the future.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: perfect location, but the whole condo needs a good scrubbing with a bit of maintenance it would of been a ten. the doors of the 2nd room are off the tracks.not a complete set of towels for each bathroom. the shower in the main bathroom has mold in the grout. the rugs need to be steamed cleaned, there are dark black spots. the furniture cushions on the balcony need to be wash as there is mold on them. We had to vacuum the condo and purchased swiffer mob and pads to do the floors as they were very sticky.There is only one elevator working and will not be fixed for sometime.The decor of the condo is very nice. the views are excellent. The service of the office was great and the maintenance came and cleaned the front door for us. The weather was great and we hope to be able to come back next year.
