This is a very clean home that is in a prime location in Pagosa. Neighbors are helpful and the deer come to say hello to you in the mornings! Great Spot

Beautiful home with spectacular views. We were visited hy the same family of deer each morning. Very close to downtown. A lovely, quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property owner was top notch. Highly recommend.

Great Family Getaway

Fantastic house with great location close to downtown. Additional bonus: The kids room had plenty of games and puzzles to keep our kids busy during the downtime we had. Awesome place!

Great Family Spot In Pagosa Springs

We loved the space of the house and open setup to make our stay in Pagosa Springs as a family of 5 great. We loved Pagosa and the convenience of this property to downtown was a hit during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding

This was our second time visting pagosa but first time skiing wolf creek. Our family of 4 had the best time and this home had everything we needed and more. The host was so gracious to making sure we had everything we needed and the checkin process was painless. Thank you for having us and we will be back!

Fantastic home

We absolutely loved this house. We'd actually love to own the house. Big areas for a family to gather, and to eat. Huge useful and beautiful kitchen, with everything anyone would need. If we come back to Pagosa Springs, there will be no need to look at any other properties. This will be the one!

Family Vacation

This property was everything mentioned in the description and more. The view of the city out the back door and the sunset out the front door were great! The property was very clean and accommodating. It comfortably slept all 7 of us. The owner was quick to respond to my all inquires and also willing to provide local knowledge of things to do and places to eat in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pagosa Springs.

PERFECT GEM !!

Lovely home, scenic views, very comfortable and felt like home. There were 5 of us & this accommodated perfectly! Great views of reservoir hill & downtown Pagosa! Short walk to hot springs, shops and restaurants. We didn’t want to build it up too much because we don’t want the word to get out and never be available :( Host was incredible!! He went over and beyond to help us with trails, restaurants etc. etc. Cannot thank him enough for a memorable experience for all of us! If we could give 10 stars, we would!!

An idyllic retreat

This is a special house. It is far more grand than it appears from the outside. Inside, soaring ceilings, beautiful woodwork and impressive gallery quality timber furniture pieces abound. Being in the house feels like being sheltered by a massive tree. Beautiful craftsmanship everywhere. Sunny. bright, welcoming, incredible views from every window. Sparkling clean, generously appointed with anything a traveler could possibly need. An extra lovely touch was a closet full of excellent toys, and child sized furniture for the little ones. Bookshelves full of interesting reads, musical options, interesting art pieces. Cerebral and homey all at the same time. An exceptional house in a great town, I was utterly charmed. A big thank you to the delightful hosts.

Breath Taking

We were amazed how accurate the listing pictures were compared to in person and how clean it was. This home is so beautiful with even more amazing and beautiful views. The location was perfect for easy access to town.
