Nice location and friendly host but unfortunately felt a little uncomfortable about staying when told just tell neighbors that we were old friends if anyone asked. Had to reach out regarding check-in instructions even after check-in time had passed, but Sal and Candice were nice and pleasant overall. The amenities were worth the value.

Everything was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Host was communicative and responded fast. Easy check in and check out. Definitely would rent this Vrbo again. Also would like to point out no cigarette smell !! 10/10

Sal was awesome and the condo was in a perfect location if you need to be at the Convention Center. The place was very clean and well kept which made it pleasant to stay, definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

we had a three days at the convention center. Sals place was a perfect location! (just a few min drive away) would definitley come back. He communicated quickly. totally satisfied with his place!

I stayed here for the weekend of Beyoncé’s concert. Nice location, down the street from The Sphere, a few minutes drive from Allegiant Stadium, & close to many popular attractions. The place itself is perfect for solo travelers & it’s quiet, neat & equipped with your basic necessities. Check in & check out is easy. Sal is an excellent host, very nice & makes sure you’re good to go. Definitely staying here again on my next Vegas trip.

I cannot say enough great things about this incredible VRBO! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the Strip, the Sphere, and the Convention Center, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.The condo itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From a full kitchen with a dishwasher (yes, really!) to the cozy bedroom with fresh linens and a smart TV for winding down, every detail felt just right. The communal pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off after a day of conventioning.What really made this place stand out, though, was the host. Absolutely phenomenal communication—responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. It felt more like visiting a good friend’s home than renting a vacation spot.Free parking, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, a comfy bed, and even thoughtful extras like coffee and toiletries made this place feel like a true home away from home.
