Beautifully Renovated 2 Bedroom Condo-Breathtaking Views! Sand Dunes 2949/2950

You will be blown away by this recently renovated, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after complex of Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view condo is perfect for a family, or a small group who are looking to stay in the same apartment! This condo features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and will comfortably accommodate a total of 6 guests!

As of 2024 this condo was beautifully renovated, and we could not be more excited to share with you! In the kitchen a new stove and oven were installed replacing the cook top that was previously there! In the main living area, the dinette benchers were reupholstered. In the bedrooms new mattresses were installed! In the master bedroom crown molding was added to match the living room. Lastly all the TVs were replaced with brand new smart TV's!

Upon arrival, guests will find the guest bedroom to the left of the front door. This bedroom features two queen size beds, nightstand between the beds, dresser for storage, new smart TV, and access to the guest bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, and mirror.

Making your way past the bedroom is the kitchen. Guests will be pleased with the oversized counter space and cabinets. The kitchen features, full-size, stainless-steel appliances, including a new stove/ oven, refrigerator, mounted microwave, double compartment sink, toaster, and coffee maker. The spacious cabinets are perfect for storing food and snacks, and many of them are stocked with all basic kitchenware and cooking utensils. All dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware are provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of incredible dining options, and many of them are within walking distance or a short drive from Sand Dunes Resort. To name a couple, River City Café is onsite at Sand Dunes. Within a mile, there is an Outback Steakhouse, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, and the upscale Flamingo Grill. (These restaurants are subject to change).

Across from the kitchen is the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king size bed, two nightstands, dresser for storage, new smart TV, access to the ocean view balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, and mirror.

The living room is located at the very front of the condo and is the most relaxing part of the entire unit! The living area features ample seating for several guests and is fully furnished with a sofa, accent chairs, a large wall-mounted smart TV, side tables, dinette area with bench and chair seating, coffee table, and access to the ocean view balcony. Being on the 9th floor, the view is absolutely incredible, and guests will enjoy incredible views for as far as you can see! So many of our guests have sent us photos of dolphins, boats, gorgeous sunrises, and colorful sunsets.

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Each bathroom is stocked with 8 towels, 8 wash cloths, 1 hand towel, and 1 bathmat. Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other charges may be applied. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
